Certification:
When you successfully complete this course, you will receive a 200HR Yoga Teacher Training Certificate accredited by Yoga Alliance. This allows you to join Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT-200. Due to Covid, Yoga Alliance has allowed courses to be completed entirely online. Currently, Yoga Alliance recommends completing your training by December 31, 2023, but they have extended these measures multiple times in the past two years and it is likely to become a permanent feature. So don’t worry if you need more time.
How the training works:
- We offer ongoing courses every month.

- The schedule is laid out day by day, hour by hour, just like in regular teacher training.

- ULU Yoga uses the Thinkific platform, which features 250 hours of pre-recorded videos, along with 50 hours of reading and writing assignments, lesson planning, and teaching exams.
- Each week, you must submit videos of your home teaching practice, which instructors will review and provide feedback on.

- We offer twice-daily live classes on Zoom with ULU Yoga teachers based in Thailand, Bali, India, Kenya, and Columbia.
- Topics covered include Q&A, lectures, and regular yoga practice.
- Classes are recorded so you can watch them later.
