Find the Best Yoga

After years of wanting to visit Costa Rica, this yoga retreat finally gave me the push I needed. Waking up to the sounds of howler monkeys, practicing yoga overlooking the Pacific Ocean, learning to prepare farm-to-table meals…this week expanded my worldview tremendously. My only complaint is that our stay wasn’t longer! Already making plans to return.

The teachers were experienced and attentive, the food was delicious, and the accommodations were simple but beautiful. I’m returning home feeling balanced, creative, and inspired again

I was nervous to travel alone to a yoga retreat, but this experience provided connection, comfort and joy. I met inspiring people from around the world who shared my passion for yoga, meditation and nature. I learned so much from the teachers here and deepened my practice more than I thought possible. I can’t wait to join another retreat!
