Yoga Retreat in Indonesia

Come deepen your practice, enjoy the journey, and strengthen your understanding and love for yoga at this tranquil getaway. You’ll make memories as you connect with like-minded community. This retreat offers space to practice asana and meditate in the mornings, time to explore this sacred paradise in the jungle, and Yin practice focusing on the subtle body in the evenings.

Program

Here’s what we do each day:

• At 08:00, we do morning yoga.
• At 09:30, we have group breakfast.
• From 10:30 to 13:30, you’re free to explore or relax.
• For lunch break, we gather at 13:30.
• At 14:30, we have posture labs and philosophy discussions.
• And at 16:30, we end the day with evening yoga.

Retreat location

The Shala sits nestled among stunning nature and is conveniently located just a 1-hour drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). It’s only an 8-minute ride to Monkey Forest and a 30-minute walk to Ubud Palace and Art Market.

Food

During this retreat, we will serve you daily breakfast and 2 group dinners. You can also enjoy our organic restaurant and vegetarian Indian cuisine at The Shala Bali. Just let us know if you need dairy-free or vegan options. Don’t worry about meals – we’ve got you covered!

Things to do (optional)

You can bring your family and children to enjoy the resort, delicious cuisine, amenities, and adventure day trip to Ubud for an extra cost.

Kick back and enjoy a 60-minute Ayurveda massage that’s included in the price.
