Program
The Sadhana Program isn’t just any retreat – it’s a deep dive into yoga that offers new perspectives on life and yourself. You’ll enjoy well-rounded classes, philosophy study, and transformative Yoga Nidra practice.
Want to know what a typical day looks like at the Sadhana Retreat? You’ll start off with a yoga class, philosophy session, and a nourishing breakfast. After lunch, you’ll experience deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra, followed by another yoga class in the late afternoon. The day wraps up with silent meditation.
Throughout the day, you’ll have breaks to relax at the private beach or explore the rest of the island. Yoga classes will include Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin Yoga, suitable for all levels. Meditation sessions are also offered, led by experienced teachers.

Food
They serve food on all teaching days (Monday to Saturday). You can enjoy healthy and delicious buffet-style breakfast and lunch. All meals are plant-based, with some vegetarian choices.
Start your day with a nutritious breakfast, like tropical fruit with coconut yogurt and granola or hearty scrambled tofu. For lunch, dig into a variety of healthy dishes such as fresh salads, curries, and other Thai, Indian, and Western-inspired meals.
When it comes to dinner, you have plenty of healthy options just minutes away from the yoga center that serve amazing food! Prices range from 4 to 10 USD per meal.
