“What Makes This Program Special? The Sadhana Program is not just a retreat, but a transformative experience. You’ll have the opportunity to prioritize self-care and immerse yourself in the practice of yoga. Our classes cover various aspects of yoga, including philosophy and the powerful practice of Yoga Nidra, giving you a new perspective on yoga, life, and your own personal journey.
Let’s take a look at the Daily Schedule (Monday – Saturday):
– From 07:30 to 09:00, we start the day with Asana, pranayama, and meditation.
– There’s a breakfast break from 09:00 to 11:00.
– From 11:00 to 12:00, we dive into Yoga Philosophy.
– Enjoy mediation, Sound Journey, or Yoga Nidra from 12:30 to 13:30.
– Take a lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00.
– Experience another Asana class from 16:00 to 17:30.
– Finish the day with silent meditation from 19:00 to 19:45.
– And remember, Sundays are your day off! You can relax on the private beach or explore the rest of the island.
Now, let’s talk about the purpose of daily spiritual practice. Sadhana, the daily spiritual practice, is the foundation of yoga. It’s about practicing with mindfulness, discipline, and the intention of personal and spiritual growth. During the Sadhana retreat, you’ll have access to a variety of tools, from physical practices like Asana and Pranayama, to more introspective methods like meditation, philosophy classes, Yoga Nidra sessions, and Sound Healing journeys.
A typical day in the Sadhana Retreat is designed to provide you with deep insights into yoga while still allowing you to set aside time for yourself. You’ll start your day with a well-rounded yoga class, followed by a nourishing breakfast. Philosophy classes will introduce essential yogic concepts to support your journey. After a delicious lunch, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra, which is known as “psychic sleep.” In the late afternoon, you’ll have another yoga class, followed by silent meditation to end the day peacefully. There will be breaks throughout the day for you to relax on the private beach or explore the rest of the island.
During the retreat, you’ll experience various yoga styles, such as Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin Yoga. The classes are suitable for all levels, with variations offered to ensure everyone can enjoy them, whether they’re beginners or experienced practitioners. In the evening, you’ll join 45 minutes of silent meditation, providing an opportunity for inner stillness. If you’re new to meditation, our experienced teachers will introduce you to a simple yet effective technique. If you already have a practice, you’re welcome to continue it during these silent sessions.

Food
They serve food on all teaching days (Monday to Saturday). They offer healthy and delicious meals buffet style for breakfast and lunch. The meals are plant-based, with some vegetarian options. You can start your day with a nutritious breakfast like tropical fruit with coconut yogurt and granola or hearty scrambled tofu. The lunch buffet includes a variety of healthy dishes such as fresh salads, curries, and other Thai, Indian, and Western-inspired meals. For dinner, you have many healthy options available just minutes away from the yoga center. You can find great food at prices ranging from 4 to 10 USD per meal. They also include drinks with the meals.
