Join 4 dynamic afternoon yoga sessions and meditation sessions in a joglo-style yoga shala at Pelan Pelan. The shala, set upon a lush valley in a tranquil riverside setting, provides the perfect spot to enjoy yoga in Bali. Imagine taking part in savasana while listening to the soothing sounds of river water and a jungle symphony.
Enjoy three one-hour Balinese massages, a hot stone massage, a manicure or pedicure, and a facial to help you relax even further and recover your body. Experienced therapists will work to release muscle tension and have you feeling your very best during your stay.
Partake in an in-house cooking class with Pelan Pelan’s chef to round out your retreat experience. Design your week to have plenty of time for relaxation, exploration of Bali, and enjoying the Canggu area.
On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, wake up to the sounds of nature, have breakfast, relax poolside, enjoy a homemade Indonesian lunch, attend afternoon yoga and meditation sessions, choose a massage or spa treatment, and dine out or order delivery. On Wednesdays, you have the option to take a half-day trip to explore temples. Saturdays and Sundays are for relaxing by the pool or taking a day trip to explore the island or nearby Canggu. At Pelan Pelan, we provide you with daily yummy and healthy breakfasts and homemade Indonesian lunches from Monday to Friday. We also offer free coffee, tea, and water. Your meals will be served in the common area by the pool. For dinner, you have the option to explore nearby cafes and restaurants or order in. Additionally, you can purchase refreshing fresh juices, fresh coconuts, Kombucha, and cold beer and wine!
When you stay with us, you’ll enjoy healthy, tasty food prepared by our Indonesian chef Kis. Every morning, Kis goes to the traditional market to handpick the best and freshest ingredients for your meals. This dedication to quality ingredients sets us apart from other places in Bali. Our lunch menu consists solely of Indonesian dishes, emphasizing freshness and flavor. We cater to various dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
