It offers a program focused on meditating, exercising, relaxing, sightseeing, and having fun. No strict fasting or intense workouts here – just a chance to re-balance your work-life situation.
Program
During your retreat at CC’s Hideaway, you get to choose from various activity options each day of the week. If you pick program A for Tuesday, you can mix it up with different program A options for the rest of the days. After you book, CC’s Hideaway will ask you to let them know which program options you want for each day of your retreat as soon as possible, so they can schedule your desired activities. They can usually accommodate scheduling changes, even with just a 24-hour notice, but it’s not guaranteed. If you’re interested in booking a personal private session, it’s best to reserve at least 72 hours in advance.
The yoga classes at CC’s Hideaway offer a range of practices, and you can easily find a schedule that suits you best. They even offer multiple morning and evening classes during certain months, like from November through March.
On check-in and check-out days at CC’s Hideaway, they don’t offer program activities to allow time for your arrival and departure to align with the activity schedule and for consultation. They’ll provide you with a detailed itinerary of the retreat schedule.
When you arrive on check-in day, you’ll get a private airport transfer, have a retreat consultation, enjoy a cold-pressed juice or artisan smoothie, participate in a sunset yoga session in the studio, and have dinner in Prana Eatery or through room service.

Included excursions
During the retreat, you’ll have a blast going on excursions and tours to popular attractions in Phuket and Phang-Nga Provinces. The weekly program lists all the included tours day by day.
Let’s start with the Big Buddha Jungle Trek. Challenge yourself with a trek through the jungle on this eco-tour in Phuket. You’ll follow your guide on a challenging hike with amazing views, then visit the Phuket Big Buddha and Wat Chalong, Phuket’s largest Buddhist temple. Plus, enjoy a healthy lunch at a Farm-to-Table restaurant.
Next up is the 4 Waters Eco Adventure. Escape the touristy spots in Phuket and explore mangroves, rainforests, and beaches on this full-day trip. Kayak through mangrove rivers, trek through the rainforest at Khao Phra Taeo Wildlife Sanctuary, visit remote beaches, and relax at a beachside spa. You can even bathe in ‘four waters’ on this adventure!
Feeling adventurous? Try The Phuket Rites of Passage Adventure. This tour combines jungle trekking, zip-lining, and other serene places in one thrilling experience. And don’t worry, lunch will be provided at a Farm-to-Table Restaurant.
For those interested in history and culture, there’s the Old Town Cultural Heritage Tour. Explore Old Phuket Town with a small group and enjoy a family-style dinner with a fantastic view.

Retreat location
The lush hills and nearby beaches of Kata and Karon await you for this escapade. Phuket’s finest beaches are easily accessible from here. Kata beach, located just below the hills, consists of two main beaches, Kata Yai and Kata Noi. Kata Yai (big Kata) features soft, powdery sand meeting turquoise water that ranges from calm in the dry season to a small surf beach in the wet season. There are also plenty of restaurants, accommodations, and businesses along the bustling streets nearby. With stunning views of the Andaman Sea, beautiful beaches, and convenient access to commercial areas, this location is ideal for a fun and rejuvenating retreat.

At CC’s, we invite you to enjoy our delicious, wholesome, and natural foods that our Wellness Chef and certified nutritionist, Nastasia Leaf, carefully prepares with local, quality organic ingredients. We support small family farms and focus on ecological sustainability to bring you nutrition and culinary inspiration. Our menu includes Asian fusion, traditional and local Thai cuisine, as well as Western options, catering to vegan, raw, and vegetarian diets. You can choose from dishes with seafood, fish, chicken, duck, and beef.
For breakfast, you can enjoy all you can eat from our a la carte menu or breakfast buffet. Smoothie bowls are also available daily. Lunch and dinner offer two items from the retreat or excursion menu, or enjoy all you can eat from the buffet. Drinks include fresh coconut, tea, coffee, and a cold-pressed juice or smoothie of your choice.

The body and soul package offers the guest a choice between a 60-minute body scrub or body wrap, followed by a 60-minute aromatherapy oil massage. These treatments improve skin moisture or renewal and provide ultimate relaxation and skin protection.
If you’re looking for a full break after a long day of activity, especially walking, the Heavenly relax package is perfect for you. It includes Foot Reflexology (45 mins) and Thai massage with hot herbal compress (120 minutes) to reinvigorate the body and promote oxygenation of all body tissue.
For a truly exclusive spa experience, try the Simply Thai package. You’ll enjoy the lush scents of Thai Herbs in a 30-minute Thai herbal steam followed by a 2-hour Thai massage with a hot herbal compress. This is a tropical treat you won’t easily find outside of Thailand.
The “For Tan” package is a soothing and comforting option that includes a luxurious chocolate wrap, coffee peeling, aroma massage, facial massage, sauna, steam room, and hydrobath. It’s a great way to nourish and hydrate your skin while filling you with energy. You can enjoy these spa packages on Saturday with program B.

You get 7 nights of accommodation, 2 yoga classes every day, meditation, and pranayama. You also get fresh juice or a healthy mix every day, along with 3 meals – a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Plus, you’ll have roundtrip airport transfer, or transfer from other hotels in Phuket, ferry pier, or bus station. There’s a beach shuttle and transportation for all activities, eco adventures, and cultural tours. And don’t forget about the special classes like Muay Thai for beginners, Aerial yoga, beach Acro yoga, surfing, and Thai cooking. Oh, and of course, free Wi-Fi is included too.
