Program
Welcome to Nyuh Bali! The schedule below is just for reference. Feel free to customize it to suit your preferences.
On Day 1, you will have a welcome meeting at 14:30 with our retreat specialist who will introduce the program. Afterward, you can enjoy afternoon tea at 16:00. At 17:00, there will be wellness activities such as sound healing, meditation, or breathwork. Dinner will be served at 19:00.
Day 2 is all about balancing your mind and soul. You can start your day with a morning walk to the rice field at 07:00, followed by a yoga class at 08:30. Breakfast will be served at 10:00. Afterward, you can enjoy lunch and a Reiki healing session at 13:00 and 14:00 respectively. In the afternoon, you can participate in more wellness activities like sound healing, meditation, or breathwork at 17:00. Dinner will be served at 19:00.
On Day 3, you can start your day with a yoga class at 08:30. Afterward, enjoy your breakfast at 10:00. You can then engage in leisure activities such as swimming in the pool, exploring the resort, or reading a book at our wellness library. Lunch will be served at 13:00. In the afternoon, you will have a private yoga session and consultation with a certified instructor at 14:00. There will also be authentic Balinese activities at 15:00 including a gratitude ceremony, learning to make Balinese seasoning, and a Balinese boreh class. At 17:00, you can join more wellness activities like sound healing, meditation, or breathwork. Dinner will be served at 19:00.
Day 4 focuses on bringing calm back into your life. Start your day with a morning walk to the rice field at 07:00, followed by a yoga class at 08:30. Enjoy breakfast at 10:00, followed by lunch at 13:00. In the afternoon, you will have a private session of sound calming stress therapy with a certified instructor at 14:00. At 17:00, you can participate in more wellness activities like sound healing, meditation, or breathwork. Dinner will be served at 19:00.
On Day 5, start your day with a yoga class at 08:30, followed by breakfast at 10:00. Then, indulge in a relaxing Balinese massage, traditional coconut body scrub, and wrap at 11:00. Lunch will be served at 14:00. You will also have the opportunity to participate in authentic Balinese activities at 15:00. In the afternoon, join wellness activities like sound healing, meditation, or breathwork at 17:00. Enjoy dinner at 19:00.
Day 6 is all about letting go. Begin your day with a yoga class at 08:30 and enjoy breakfast at 10:00. Lunch will be served at 13:00, followed by a private session of sound calming stress therapy with a certified instructor at 14:00. In the afternoon, there will be more wellness activities like sound healing, meditation, or breathwork at 17:00. Dinner will be served at 19:00.
On Day 7, start your day with a yoga class at 08:30, followed by breakfast at 10:00. At 11:00, you can enjoy a Shirodara treatment. Lunch will be served at 14:00. There will also be authentic Balinese activities at 15:00. In the afternoon, join wellness activities like sound healing, meditation, or breathwork at 17:00.
Day 8, our farewell day, starts with a yoga class at 08:30. Enjoy your final breakfast at 10:00. Afterward, you can relax by the pool. We want to assure you that it’s not a goodbye but a “see you again” at 12:00.
Retreat location
The retreat will be held at Ubud Nyuh Bali Resort and Spa, which is located in the charming South of Ubud, specifically in Lodtunduh Village. The resort is surrounded by tranquil surroundings and lush tropical plants, creating a peaceful and green ambiance. Plus, it’s just about 7 kilometers away from Ubud Center, and they even provide a free scheduled shuttle service to get you there.
