What to expect
The overall well-being encompasses the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, and the subtle energy body is an essential part of it. However, in our busy modern lives, we often compromise these energy systems without even realizing it. To truly grow through yoga, you need to strengthen and harmonize your body’s energy centers, also known as the chakras. The chakra system has its roots in ancient tantric philosophy and serves as a guide for meditation and expanding consciousness. Our program aims to offer a balance of practice and theory. “From Root to Crown” will deepen your self-practice, enhance your understanding of yoga’s metaphysics and meditation, and equip you with the skills to delve deeper on your own. Through various techniques, the chakras will transform from abstract concepts into tangible experiences. Working with the chakras in this way can change your thoughts, emotions, and how you relate to others. Join us for a unique and immersive course that is practical, empowering, and profound. Our teachers are experienced and dedicated yogis/yoginis who have a strong background in yoga and meditation. They will share their diverse gifts and skills with you from an authentic and heart-centered place of service. Everyone’s journey with yoga and meditation is unique, so we value the importance of one-on-one attention by keeping our groups small and implementing a buddy system.
