Program
Immerse yourself in a ten-week training where you will deepen your knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and more. Our hands-on approach will give you profound insights into yoga through direct experience. Throughout the training, you will focus on the details of yoga asanas, unravel their anatomical underpinnings, and explore their effects on your energetic body. Dive into ancient yoga philosophy to unlock thousand-year-old wisdom and understand the reasons behind the techniques employed. Engage in guided meditation to deepen your introspective practice and prepare for a life-long mindful journey towards self-realization. Our breathing exercises in the progressive pranayama classes will raise your energy levels and teach you powerful Prana techniques to purify your body and mind. Our experienced instructors will provide invaluable teaching tips to help you create a safe space for guiding your students on their spiritual path. With a focus on teaching methodology, our training course will help you develop the skills to correctly sequence a class, adjust and assist students, and respond to their unique needs. All this takes place in our private beachfront resort in Thailand, surrounded by nature and crystal-clear waters, with healthy plant-based meals served daily. As a special bonus, you will receive two-year free access to One Yoga Online Studio through our Yoga & Meditation App, featuring over 1,000 classes, courses, and challenges. This 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training is not just an educational program but a transformative journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and professional development.
Top-Level Certification
Upon completion, you can register as an RYT 500 teacher with a certification that exceeds Yoga Alliance standards. This top-tier certification gives you a significant edge in global yoga career opportunities over the 200-hour and 300-hour certificates. It is the highest certification level recognized by Yoga Alliance, the largest professional organization for yoga teachers.
Extended practicum
Newly-certified teachers can continue practical training by teaching free classes to the local community at One Yoga. This opportunity allows you to grow your confidence, sharpen your teaching skills, and address specific student requirements. Experienced teachers will be available to support you every step of the way as you give back to the local community and share your passion for yoga with others.
