Welcome to Bali Yoga School’s 7-day yoga retreat program in our peaceful yoga home. We’re excited to offer you an amazing experience!
During this retreat, our experienced and lovely therapist will give you 5 complementary full-body massages. You’ll absolutely love our spa on campus, where you can indulge in a variety of Ayurvedic massages and feel completely rejuvenated from head to toe.
Whether you’re a vegetarian or not, our professional kitchen team will prepare three delicious and nutritious vegan meals for you every day. Trust us, you’ll fall in love with the food! We also offer a daily healthy tea time in addition to the meals.

Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi, Bali Yoga School is an oasis for everyone. Our yoga retreat center is located in the heart of Bali (Ubud) and offers a calm environment with private rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, and an open garden area.
Our yoga teachers are committed to delivering authentic and personalized yogic teachings. Regardless of your age and experience, they will guide you through detoxing and de-stressing therapies. We combine ancient knowledge with modern teaching methods to offer classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels.
Ubud is the perfect place for a yoga retreat, with its numerous resorts, waterfalls, temples, shops, and more. You’re guaranteed to have a completely refreshing experience with us. A yoga retreat is the ideal way to take a break and shift your focus from negative thoughts to a blissful conscious state.

– 06:00 – 07:00: Detoxification, pranayama, and meditation
– 07:00 – 08:30: Hatha/Vinyasa Flow yoga
– 08:30: Breakfast
– Until 12:30: Free time
– 12:30: Lunch
– Ayurvedic massage treatment
– 16:00 – 17:30: Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
– 18:00 – 19:00: Meditation
– 19:00: Dinner
– 21:00: Lights off
When you book with us, you’ll also receive a complementary online yoga workshop. You can choose from a variety of options, including our Online Meditation Workshop, Yoga Anatomy Workshop, Yoga Philosophy Workshop, Pranayama Workshop, Ashtanga Yoga Workshop, or Hatha/Vinyasa Flow Workshop. These workshops include both pre-recorded and live classes.
Please note that all the retreat classes are conducted alongside our 24-day yoga teacher training course. This ensures that the classes are full of learning and fun. The retreats only include practical classes, not theory, so we invite you to join the teacher training classes for the practices.
For your convenience, please arrive at the check-in time of 12 p.m on the first day of the retreat. The check-out time is at 12 p.m on the last day of the retreat.

Retreat location
The campus sits right in the heart of Bali, in Ubud. Palm trees and rice fields surround it, giving it a peaceful vibe, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You’ll feel right at home in this serene location. Plus, it’s just a short 10-minute walk to Ubud market, cafes, temples, waterfalls, and the beach is only a quick drive away from our school.
Food
Food gives life and energy to your body. It affects how you feel physically and mentally. In yoga, food is more than just nutrition for your body. It’s important to consider the energy it provides when choosing your diet. Have you noticed how your food choices impact your yoga practice? Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, teaches us how different foods affect our overall well-being. According to Ayurveda, “Sattva” represents purity and helps with self-control and spiritual well-being. Sattvic foods promote purity of mind and body, nurturing your mind and keeping it clear, compassionate, and calm. This type of diet also sharpens your intellect and fosters positive thoughts and satisfaction. To follow Ayurvedic teachings, we provide students with delicious vegan meals three times a day during the course. Our experienced kitchen team prepares the food hygienically and with love. You can enjoy unlimited buffet-style vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as drinks.

You’ll get 5 complementary full-body massages at Bali Yoga School’s in-house spa, which are included in the price. Plus, you can choose from a variety of treatments at an extra cost.
What's included
You can enjoy daily shatkarma, mantra chanting, pranayama, meditation, and asana practices here. We offer a complementary Online Yoga Workshop. You will receive 5 invigorating full-body massages during your stay. You’ll have the opportunity to spend 6 nights in our shared accommodation. Indulge in 3 daily healthy vegan meals. All the necessary items for the classes are conveniently available in the yoga shala. Stay connected with free internet access.
