Program
We have morning practice at 07:00, followed by a delightful breakfast at 09:00. You can look forward to inspiring talks at 10:30 and a delicious gourmet raw food lunch at 13:30. From 15:00 to 16:00, there will be a workshop or free time. Afternoon practice is from 17:00 to 18:00, then we’ll enjoy a soulful dinner at 18:00. The evening program starts at 19:00. We’ve carefully balanced the schedule to give you time to enjoy the retreat – whether that’s spending time together, relaxing by the pool, or diving into a good book.
Retreat location

At Art of Life Retreats, we not only serve delicious raw organic meals but also teach you how to prepare them. From power smoothies to salad dressings to zucchini pasta, you’ll learn how easy and tasty raw food can be. Our raw food chef will show you special techniques and kitchen tricks to keep enzymes and life force intact in your food. Guest speakers will talk about super herb tonics and elixirs, and how adaptogenic herbs can help your body respond positively to stress. And don’t worry, chocolate lovers – we’ll teach you how to make healthy desserts too!

Menu planning is crucial at Art of Life Retreats. We intelligently combine meals to provide the highest nutritional value possible. Correct food combining is key, as proteins and complex carbohydrates may not digest well together. We focus on different ingredients in each meal to support digestion and assimilation throughout the week. We want everyone to experience the benefits of raw food. After your stay, we’ll email you a recipe book of all the delicious meals served so you can enjoy them at home.
