The Yoga retreat team at Koh Phangan offers special detox programs of different lengths to help you rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul. When you participate in a detox stay, we ask you to arrive one day before your program starts. On this day, we provide you with food that prepares your body for the upcoming detox days. Once the detox is complete, you’ll stay for one more day to transition back to normal healthy eating. We also offer optional massages to help your body eliminate toxins and realign, which supports the release and clearing out of both your body and mind.

Program

Here’s a sample program for you:

• You can choose to do yoga either in the morning or in the afternoon.
• In the morning, have spirulina and vitamin C.
• Throughout the day, enjoy 3 detox shakes, kombucha, coconut water, and unlimited drinking water.
• In the evening, have a soothing soup broth.
• Experience the benefits of an enema, herbal steam, and an invigorating ice bath.

The island of Koh Phangan in Thailand offers a perfect getaway for a yoga retreat or wellness journey.
