When it comes to yoga, we offer up to ten daily classes, each introducing different styles such as:
– AERIAL YOGA: Experience the unique combination of traditional mat yoga with suspended postures in soft fabric hammocks. Explore playful, fluid movements that create space in your body without straining your joints and spine. Unlike other classes, feel free to take photos and videos during this session.
– ASHTANGA: Immerse yourself in a guided class that strictly follows the sequence of asanas in the tradition of Sri K Pattabhi Jois. Connect the postures together in a Vinyasa flow and enjoy a deep relaxation at the end of the class.
– BEGINNER: Perfect for those who are starting their yoga journey. Familiarize yourself with the fundamentals of yoga practice and receive detailed instructions for each pose.
– CHAKRA FLOW: Unleash your inner energy with this chakra-based Vinyasa practice. Each week, the class revolves around a different theme such as grounding, opening up, core strength, or heart-opening. Finish the session with Pranayama and Meditation.
– CHAKRA SODHANA MEDITATION: Purify your chakras through this meditation technique. Concentrate on each chakra, visualizing its color, shape, and repeating its root mantra.
– CHEST AND HIP OPENING: Combat the effects of a sedentary lifestyle with this class designed to open and loosen joints and muscles around your hips and chest. Decrease back pain, shoulder tightness, and boost your spirits to support your daily activities.
– CREATIVE VINYASA: Take Vinyasa Flow to the next level with this class that encourages creative movement beyond the usual sequence. Set yourself free and let your body dance to the rhythm of your breath.
– CORE STRENGTH VINYASA: Engage in a deep, vigorous, and energizing Vinyasa practice to enhance your core strength, flexibility, alignment, and body awareness. Every inch of your body will work together to build overall strength and capability, starting from your center!
– DETOX FLOW: Feeling sluggish? Twist it out! Release toxins and leave this class cleansed, glowing, and rejuvenated.
– GENTLE FLOW: Find balance with this class that combines gentle strengthening and mobilizing poses, both dynamic and static, all linked by conscious breath. Perfect for those seeking a softer, slow-paced, well-supported practice.
– FLYHIGH YOGA: Experience the fusion of aerial and Iyengar yoga in this mixed-level class. Move with fluidity, defy gravity, and learn how beautiful an upside-down world can be.
– HATHA: Practice at a slow pace emphasizing the strengthening and loosening of your body, as well as increasing concentration through stable, regular breathing. Hatha Yoga will leave your body open and strong, your breathing unobstructed, and your mind calm and quiet, ready for seated meditation.

– VINYASA: Experience the connection of movement and breath in this dynamic sequence of breath-synchronized poses. With Vinyasa Yoga, you’ll enjoy a fluid and flowing practice that opens and strengthens both body and mind.
– YIN YANG: Energize yourself with an uplifting practice before transitioning to a deep, peaceful session, leaving you rejuvenated and balanced for the rest of the day.
– YIN: Immerse yourself in a slow-paced practice where poses are held for 5+ minutes. Targeting connective tissues, ligaments, organs, immune system, bones, and joints, Yin Yoga combines elements of Hatha Yoga, Taoist philosophy, Chinese medicine’s concept of meridians, and Buddhist meditation techniques.
– YIN SOUND HEALING: Combine an hour of meditative stretches with the vibrational tones of singing bowls played around the studio. Retreat location
Serenity Eco Guesthouse in Canggu is a hidden oasis, just 150m from the beach. They offer over 10 daily yoga classes, affordable packages, and weekly workshops. With a range of accommodations, including private rooms and dorms, Serenity is a smoke- and alcohol-free zone. They have composting and use natural insecticides in their permaculture garden. The on-site restaurant, Alkaline, serves vegan meals. Plus, they offer traditional Balinese healing massages and rentals for motorbikes and bicycles. You can also book activities like hiking, cycling, and surfing. Located on Nelayan street, there are plenty of hip cafes and fitness centers nearby. Nelayan Beach is just 650m away, Batu Bolong Beach is 800m away, Echo Beach is a 14-minute drive, and Tanah Lot Temple is 25 minutes away.
Food
You can enjoy a free vegan buffet breakfast every day. We also have our own Alkaline-restaurant where you can have your other meals. And don’t worry about water, we provide it for free near the lobby. Our restaurant offers healthy homemade meals with a wide selection for everyone. It’s perfect for vegans and vegetarians as we never use MSG or any chemicals. Plus, your stay includes breakfast.

Hiking
Mount Batur Bali, located in Batur village, Kintamani District, Bali, Indonesia, is one of the sacred mountains in Hindu belief. Physically fit hikers can summit Mount Batur, which is 1717 meters above sea level, in around 2 hours. It is an active volcano that attracts tourists with its beauty and promise of adventure tours. Serenity Eco-Guesthouse and Yoga offer climbing experiences at Mount Batur Bali.
Rafting
Joining the best of Bali white water rafting tours offers a thrilling adrenaline rush. Telaga Waja Rafting is considered one of the best due to its excellent service, experienced tour guides, beautiful scenery, and memorable river rafting activity. The Bali rafting experience covers a distance of 14 kilometers, lasting approximately 2 hours. Telaga Waja River offers extreme water sports in addition to rafting.
Playing golf

Sightseeing in Tanah Lot
Tanah Lot is a popular tourist destination on the west coast of Bali, known for its sea temples standing on rocks shaped by the ocean tide. Witness the spectacular sunset at this holy site. According to history, the temple was built by priest Nirartha, who asked a poisonous sea snake to guard it. You can still see the snake today. To reach the temple, walk along a path flanked by various booths.
Surfing
The wild waves of Canggu beaches make them perfect for surfing. Echo beach, in particular, is famous for its surf. Join other surfers as you try to conquer the thrilling waves.

– We offer Balinese massages, where you can choose between a 1-hour session for 100,000 IDR, a 1.5-hour session for 150,000 IDR, or a 2-hour session for 190,000 IDR.
– If you’re looking for a relaxing back and shoulder massage, we have a 30-minute option for 70,000 IDR or a 1-hour option for 130,000 IDR.
– Our body scrub treatments are available for 30 minutes at 120,000 IDR or for 1 hour at 200,000 IDR.
– Pamper your feet with a rejuvenating foot massage. You can opt for a 30-minute session for 70,000 IDR or a 1-hour session for 130,000 IDR.
– Experience the ultimate relaxation with our four hands massage. Choose between a 1-hour session for 250,000 IDR or a 1.5-hour session for 350,000 IDR. We also offer a 2-hour session for 450,000 IDR.
– Indulge in a luxurious hot stone massage that lasts for 2 hours, priced at 300,000 IDR.
– Enjoy the therapeutic benefits of a Shiatsu massage. We have a 1-hour option for 180,000 IDR, a 1.5-hour option for 250,000 IDR, or a 2-hour option for 300,000 IDR.

What's included
You will get 3 nights of accommodation. You can join 3 yoga classes. You can choose from up to 10 daily yoga classes. Enjoy a daily vegan buffet breakfast from 08:00 a.m to 10:00 a.m. Take a dip in our 14-meter outdoor swimming pool. Store your luggage in our storage area. Government taxes are included and are at a 10% rate.
What's not included
You pay for the airfare. You cover the cost of lunch and dinner. You arrange and pay for other activities and day-tours. You handle the transfers.
