Course overview: The 300-hour yoga teacher training course is for those who want to advance and deepen their yogic skills and knowledge. To enroll in this course, students must first complete a 200-hour yoga certification. We offer the best 300-hour yoga teacher training in Bali at an affordable price. Syllabus:
The curriculum is designed according to the guidelines of Yoga Alliance, USA. We have included healing techniques in the schedule at no extra cost. The curriculum covers topics such as the definition, history, benefits, and types of healing techniques, as well as knowledge on chakra healing, Reiki healing, crystal healing, sound healing, water healing, dance healing, and color healing.
Module 1: Advanced Ashtanga Vinyasa sequencing
Topics covered in this module include advanced sequencing, teaching effective Vinyasa, exploration of yoga specialty areas, creating classes for private or group sessions, establishing trust and connection with students, and pose analysis and improvement.
Module 2 includes topics such as individual anatomy and alignment, the use of props and adjustments, introduction to mindfulness and meditation, pranayama techniques, and the business of yoga.
Assignments: Throughout the training, students will be given assignments and readings to deepen their understanding of the topics taught.
Total number of students: Practical asana classes will have 14 students, while theory classes may have a larger group.
Discipline requirements at the center: No alcohol consumption and compliance with all school guidelines and rules. Attendance at all sessions is encouraged for optimal results.
