How the retreat works
We’ll record all live sessions so you can access them anytime. Engage and ask questions in the FB group and emails to make these sessions as relevant and useful as possible. After the retreat starts, you’ll have 30 days of unlimited access to all course features on any device you own. You can keep all pdf downloads, participate in the community, and watch live transmissions forever.
Requirements
- You should have a general level of fitness to participate in dynamic group classes.
- Be willing to start where you’re at and commit to a journey of awakening, even when it feels uncomfortable.
- Recognize that how you show up for yourself and your practices directly impacts your life, work, relationships, confidence, self-love, and willingness to fully show up.
- Desire to include yoga and meditation as part of your spiritual and self-care practice.
Retreat schedule
Take your time and relax! This retreat is flexible and supportive. Here’s the general schedule:
- Daily practice – dedicate 1-3 hours per day to yoga, meditation, mantra, and self-inquiry practices.
- Live Classroom – connect with Francie in 2 group classes lasting 1.5-2 hours each. If you’re the only participant, you’ll have two 30-minute personalized sessions. VIP upgrade includes an extra 60-minute personalized coaching session. Private VIP Retreat includes three full transformational 1:1 sessions for alignment, philosophy, and coaching.
- “Love & Accountability” – Receive a daily text to foster community, accountability, and motivation.
You can enjoy the rest of the practices and sessions at your own pace.

Retreat location
PureFlow.Yoga, based in Koh Phangan, Thailand (GMT+7), offers an online yoga and meditation retreat. You can easily join the classes from the comfort of your home using just your phone or computer, as they will live-stream the sessions via Zoom.
What's included
You will get 2 Live & Personal 1:1 Zoom Classrooms where we will have 30-minute Orientation & Integration Sessions. The course will be 5 hours long and you can complete it at your own pace. You will also receive a Virtual retreat journal workbook with over 60 self-inquiry prompts. Additionally, you will have access to the Love & Inspiration Community & Resource Library. You don’t want to miss the Sacred sounds kirtan with Francie and Jonny Rose, which will be a delightful 60-minute session.
