Rikke will start with a clairvoyance reading to provide support and guidance based on where you are in life. This will allow your heart to release pain and imbalances, bringing insights, clarity, and more balance to your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. In addition, she will guide you through a heart chakra meditation to release grief and pain, and open yourself up to forgiveness, kindness, and compassion. This powerful technique will bring compassion and love into your life.
During this time of grief and sadness, Rikke offers yin yoga therapy. Using healing affirmations and heart-opening Yin yoga poses, this practice holds and comforts you. Affirmations can shift negative thoughts into positive ones, transforming your state of being and providing strength and comfort. It’s not about physical flexibility, but emotional liberation.
In grief counseling, you can expect self-care strategies and mindfulness practices to help you cope and recover. It provides a safe space to talk about and honor the deceased, offering tremendous comfort and relief. Grief counseling can reduce intense and painful thoughts and feelings about the loss, and help you manage anxiety and avoid depression constructively. Understanding the stages of grief and loss opens up a path to healing, and gives you permission to grieve without feeling weak or selfish.
