Yoga Teacher Training Bali
The 300 hours yoga teacher training course is perfect for intermediate to advanced level practitioners who are looking to enhance their yoga skills. If you’re already familiar with yoga or actively practicing it, this course is for you. In other words, if you have prior experience in yoga, this course is the right fit for you. It’s important to note that this course is not suitable for beginners. To join, you either need to have knowledge of yoga or hold a yoga degree. Once you complete the course, you’ll notice significant improvements in your skills and knowledge, helping you become even better than before.
Program
The Program
Some of you have already completed the 200 Hours Yoga TTC and become certified Yoga Teachers. Now, it’s time to take your teaching skills to the next level and become a more dynamic and professional yoga teacher. The best option for this is the 300 Hours Yoga Training Program. This program is aligned with the standards of Yoga Alliance, USA, which means that upon completion, you will be eligible to register as an RYT-300 or 300 Hours Registered Yoga Teacher. Our program is conducted by highly experienced teachers and instructors from Maa Shakti Yog, Bali.
Our Daily Yoga Schedule
- 06:30 – 07:30: Start your day with Pranayama and meditation.
- 08:00 – 09:30: Learn different yoga techniques and practices through Asana classes (Hatha, Iyengar, and Alignment).
- 09:30 – 10:00: Take a break and enjoy a healthy breakfast.
- 11:00 – 13:00: Deepen your knowledge in Teaching Methodology, Anatomy – Physiology, Alignment, and Adjustment.
- 13:00 – 14:00: Recharge with a nourishing lunch break.
- 14:00 – 15:30: Use this time for rest or self-study.
- 15:30 – 16:30: Explore the philosophy behind Yoga through engaging discussions on the History of Yoga and Yog Darshan.
- 16:30 – 18:00: Enhance your asana practice with Vinyasa and Flow classes.
- 18:10 – 18:30: Relax and rejuvenate with Yog Nidra and Sound Healing sessions.
- 19:00: Conclude your day with a delicious dinner.
Course Syllabus
Asanas: 3 hours a day
In our Yoga Teacher Training, Asanas refer to Yogic Postures or Movements. They are designed to provide a comfortable seat for meditation and improve flexibility and strength.
Pranayama
Pranayama, or breathing exercises, is the foundation of yoga practice. Through controlled breathwork, you can enhance your pranic energy and find inner balance.
Meditation
Meditation is a practice that allows you to calm the mind and find stillness. You will explore different meditation styles, including Traditional Himalayan Meditation, Healing Meditation, Crystal Meditation, and Sound Meditation.
Mantra Chanting
Chanting powerful and spiritual mantras can help create a deeper connection between the body and mind, providing a profound and philosophical experience.
Anatomy and Physiology
We also delve into the study of the human body’s structure and how to prevent injuries. This theoretical class on Anatomy ensures a comprehensive understanding of the body in relation to yoga practice.
Alignment and Adjustment
Body alignment is crucial in any yoga practice. Our training focuses on teaching you how to perform asanas with proper alignment and adjustment techniques, tailored to each individual’s unique body composition.
Philosophy
Yoga Philosophy explores the interconnection of the body, mind, and spirit, delving into the profound wisdom that underlies yoga practice.
Mudra and Bandhas
Mudras are hand gestures that facilitate the flow of energy in the body, while Bandhas are body locks that enhance the practice of yoga.
Shatkarmas
Shatkarmas are six purification techniques that cleanse the body and improve the flow of prana, leading to improved overall health and well-being.
Teaching Methodology
Our yoga teacher training program also focuses on providing you with the skills and knowledge to create a nurturing learning environment for your future students. You will learn how to develop lesson plans, create a positive class environment, and confidently conduct classes with various yogic practices, fostering a strong student-teacher relationship.

What's included
We’ll transfer you from airport DPS to the School.
You’ll have 23 nights of accommodation, and you can even choose to take one night free before or after the training.
We’ll provide you with 3 vegetarian meals per day during the course, as well as herbal teas and healthy juices.
You’ll participate in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, as well as Hatha yoga sessions.
We’ll also have Teaching Methodology, Anatomy, and Philosophy classes for you.
You’ll get to experience meditation, Pranayama, and Mantra Chanting.
We’ll provide you with all the necessary study materials.
You’ll have the opportunity to go on an excursion and participate in traditional cultural activities.
You’ll also get to experience Yoga Nidra.
