At Bali Kapha Yoga, we offer the concept of “Smart Teaching Methodology” to enhance your learning process and improve the quality of your teaching. This method will provide a deeper understanding of your students’ asana practice.
Techniques:
A good yoga teacher should master correct and effective asana techniques to benefit the body, mind, and soul. We believe that these techniques can be applied to every body, allowing everyone to experience the benefits of yoga.
Yoga philosophy, lifestyle, and ethics for yoga teachers:
Yoga is a lifestyle approach to health and well-being that promotes the harmonious unification of body, mind, and spirit. It provides a complete philosophy to live a healthy, happy life to its full potential.
Eight limbs – Ashtanga yoga:
You will learn about the eight limbs of Ashtanga yoga as a living guidance for your journey in this fast-paced era. This knowledge will guide and inspire you to become a better person every day.
