Daily schedule
- We’ll start with shatkarma from 6:15 AM to 6:30 AM
- Then, we’ll have pranayama from 6:30 AM to 7:00 AM
- From 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM, we’ll dive into Vinyasa flow yoga
- After that, we’ll have breakfast from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM
- From 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, we’ll learn about yogic anatomy and physiology
- Then, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, we’ll explore yoga philosophy
- From 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, we’ll focus on body alignment
- Afterwards, we’ll take a lunch break from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM
- In the afternoon, from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM, we’ll practice the Ashtanga primary series
- From 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, we’ll have meditation

What's included
You will receive 20 nights of luxurious accommodation in the spiritual center of Ubud. We have opening and closing ceremonies that you can participate in. Every day, we offer Ashtanga and Vinyasa classes for you to join. We’ll provide you with a student manual and all the props, mats, and supplies you need. Once you complete the program, you’ll receive a certification. We have planned 3 excursions to nearby temples, rice fields, and the beach, so you can explore the surroundings. Our experienced teachers from Rishikesh, India, will lead sessions on yoga philosophy, anatomy, physiology, asana, and meditation. To ensure personalized attention, our class sizes are intimate, with a maximum of 15 students and a minimum of 10. This is a great opportunity for you to develop your teaching skills. During your stay, we’ll serve you three delicious vegetarian or vegan meals each day (excluding Sundays). And as a bonus, you’ll also receive one Ayurvedic massage.
What's not included
We offer pickup and drop services to the airport for an additional cost. We also provide medical facilities and assist with flights and visa arrangements.
