Meditation:
Once you’ve established a stable posture through asana, cleansed your energy through pranayama, and controlled your senses through pratyahara, you’ll be ready for meditation. Throughout the 20-day program, you’ll learn and practice various meditation techniques to develop concentration and awareness.
Yoga Nidra:
Yoga Nidra, also known as sleep awareness or psychic sleep, takes you from a conscious to a superconscious state of awareness. It brings a sense of oneness and has the power to transform your life. You’ll have the opportunity to practice Yoga Nidra every Friday.
Yoga Cleansing:

Yoga Therapy:
Yoga is a holistic science that nurtures the body, mind, and soul. It has natural healing energy to support overall well-being. You’ll learn the basics of yoga therapy and how to incorporate therapeutic practices into yoga classes.
Ayurveda:
Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga, focusing on holistic health management. You’ll learn about the five elements and three doshas and how to maintain balance for optimal health. Our doctor will provide an Ayurveda workshop.
Kundalini Tantra Mudra:

Bandha (Energy Lock):
Bandhas are techniques to control and manage the body’s energy. They help prevent energy from draining and are beneficial for Kundalini awakening. You’ll learn different bandha preparation techniques.
Evaluation and Certification:
At the end of the course, you’ll be evaluated based on your performance, attendance, practical demonstrations, written tests, and behavior. Upon successful evaluation, you’ll receive certification.
Daily Schedule:
