“What makes this program special?” The Sadhana Program goes beyond being just a retreat. Not only do you get to take time for yourself, but you also have the opportunity to deeply explore yoga. Our well-rounded classes, study of philosophy, and transformative practice of Yoga Nidra offer incredible new perspectives on yoga, life, and yourself.

“What is the purpose of daily spiritual practice?” Sadhana, the daily spiritual practice, is the foundation of yoga. Sadhana encompasses any practice that is done with awareness, discipline, and the intention of spiritual growth. Our Sadhana retreat provides you with a wide range of tools for this purpose, including physical practices like asana and pranayama, as well as more introspective methods like meditation and daily philosophy classes.

“What is a day like in the Sadhana retreat?” The Sadhana Retreat has been designed to give you profound insights into yoga while also allowing you to prioritize self-care. You’ll start your day with a well-rounded yoga class, followed by a nourishing breakfast. Philosophy classes will introduce important yogic concepts to support your journey. After a delicious lunch, you’ll experience deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra. In the late afternoon, you’ll enjoy another yoga class, followed by silent meditation to end the day peacefully. Throughout the day, you’ll have breaks to relax on our private beach or explore the rest of the island.

“What is Sadhana and why should you have one?” Sadhana is a regular spiritual practice aimed at being a better person and living a happy, meaningful, wholesome life through increased awareness. It is supported by practices such as asana, pranayama, and meditation. We offer you a wholesome breakfast and lunch every day during your time at the One Yoga retreat. Our healthy and delicious meals are served in buffet style. You’ll enjoy plant-based meals with some vegetarian choices. Start your day with a nutritious breakfast, such as tropical fruit with coconut yogurt and granola or hearty scrambled tofu. Our lunch buffets feature a variety of healthy options like fresh salads, curries, and other Thai-inspired dishes. For dinner, you have plenty of nearby options for delicious and healthy food. The prices for meals range from 4 to 10 USD each. Plus, we also provide drinks as part of the package.
