During your retreat, you’ll have the chance to uncover your body’s vibrant state of being through physical cleansing and natural nutrition. We will provide you with simple tools to support optimal nourishment, breathing, movement, and healing, creating a strong foundation for your overall wellbeing. You’ll also have the opportunity to honor your creative expression and connect with your natural confidence, wisdom, and compassion through meditative practice and true presence. Once you book, we’ll plan the specifics of your retreat through a Skype call, taking into account your personal needs, interests, preferences, and our recommendations. Each day, you’ll have either a morning or afternoon session with Tasha, where you can explore various practices such as yogic teachings and practice, meditation, conscious breathing, making ceremony, yoga nidra, nature immersion, land-art, intuitive art, intuitive movement, natural health talks, herbal medicine, vibrational medicine, bioenergy treatment, bioenergy practices, and plant medicine.
The other morning or afternoon session will be devoted to self-study, leisure, and rest. We’ll provide you with practices to complete on your own, allowing for valuable time in silence and solitude to foster awareness and intimacy with yourself. This encourages self-support and confidence, building the resources you need to continue healthy attitudes and practices even after the retreat ends.
Some of the self-study practices included are guided journaling, contemplation, silent meditation, walking meditation, grounding in nature or sunbathing, yogic practice, gratitude practice, ceremony and intention, and karma yoga (selfless service).
Here’s a sample schedule for a juice cleanse:

Retreat location
The retreat venues in Bali are perfect for a quiet stay on the island. They are strategically located near the main center of Ubud, but they are also far enough away to make you feel truly peaceful and secluded. Ubud, with its scattered temples, sacred sites, and breathtaking natural waterfalls, is a destination that will deeply nourish your spirit.
Food
We source all our delicious menu options locally and organically. The island of Bali has a great selection of tropical fruits and organically grown vegetables. Our juicing includes wheatgrass and microgreens that are vibrant with life force and phytonutrients. We prefer using supplements from natural sources and incorporate local roots, herbs, and greens in our juicing. We even brew our own alkalizing apple cider vinegar tonic. Along with the juice cleanse, we provide powerful natural detoxifying and nutritional supplements, as well as optional additional supplementation tailored to your needs.
The quality, freshness, and life force in the produce we use make a big difference in the cleansing and healing processes. By feeding yourself cleanly, lightly, and naturally, you can experience your body in a state of wellness like never before. During your stay, you may notice a reduction in inflammation, increased energy, natural weight loss, and improvements in minor and major health complaints. We also offer probiotic and fermented foods to restore gut health, which is often linked to chronic illness or fatigue.
Our meals and juices are made with skill, care, mindfulness, and love, under the guidance of a qualified nutritionist. If you’d like to learn how to prepare food to continue healthy eating and cleansing practices at home, we can provide instruction. Additionally, we offer water fasting or dry fasting support upon request.
For your retreat, we have several options that are usually used in combination. Our juice cleanse option is great for detox and treating chronic illness and inflammation. It includes three cold-pressed juices throughout the day, along with herbal, food, and vitamin supplements tailored to your needs. After the cleanse, we gradually introduce raw food to transition out of the cleanse gently.
We also have a raw food option that is high in life force and enzymes for better digestion and absorption. Our meals consist of fresh fruits and vegetables, activated seeds, nuts, and grains. We even offer special creations like probiotic nut cheeses and whole seed crackers. Our healthy desserts are made with natural unrefined sweeteners such as dates and raw honey.
If you prefer a plant-based option, we have a meal program that supports the acid/alkaline balance in your body, digestive health, and hormonal balance. This program includes light, cooked, whole foods with a mainly raw food component. It’s a great introduction to a healing and cleansing diet if a juice cleanse isn’t right for you at the moment.

We offer a variety of treatments at an additional cost, including bio-energy balance, therapeutic yoga, somatic therapy, Kashmiri massage, conscious breathing, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), massage, and reflexology.
