Every morning, we’ll kickstart our day with an invigorating Ashtanga yoga session. And in the evenings, we’ll wind down with a gentle Yin yoga class that will help melt away any stress or tension.

But that’s not all! Our retreat also includes a herbal steam sauna for your rejuvenation and relaxation. And as if that isn’t enough, you’ll also receive a free massage to take your relaxation to the next level. Plus, we’ve got something really special lined up for you – a weekly kirtan to open your heart and lift your spirits.

We’re not just about yoga though. We’ll also be taking an exciting excursion to a magnificent waterfall and cave. It’s going to be an adventure you won’t want to miss! And trust us, there’s even a surprise in store for you too!

Program

“What to Expect: Kes Kennard, the one and only, will lead the guided class every week. He’ll have assistance from Catrin and his wife Teresa in the Mysore style. Kes’s adjustments are precise and filled with love. Teresa will teach kriya, pranayama, and meditation for the Ashtanga tradition, along with other practices like kaya kriya, Chakra balancing, or Vipassana. You’ll feel deeply cleansed and relaxed after the sessions. Additionally, Teresa will assist in the Ashtanga Mysore classes each morning. The retreat offers a balanced Yin and Yang practice, with a Kirtan session on Wednesday and two workshops on massage and hands-on techniques.”

The retreat is happening in Koh Phangan, Surat Thani, Thailand. You’ll find some amazing beaches just a 15-minute walk away.

We serve and cater for vegetarian and vegan Thai food.
