After completing this yoga teacher training, you can register as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT®) with Yoga Alliance. Registering with Yoga Alliance gives you a globally recognized credential.

You will learn Vinyasa yoga, a creative style that serves as a foundation for other forms of yoga. Vinyasa can be gentle or intense, allowing you to express your creativity and individuality. As a teacher, you can personalize your classes to reflect who you are. During the training, you will also experience different styles of yoga.
Yoga anatomy and physiology
Explore the relationship between yoga anatomy and physiology to guide your students safely and effectively. Develop a well-rounded class with peak pose sequencing. Gain a better understanding of the body’s movements through detailed anatomical illustrations.

Daily schedule
– 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Perfect your daily rituals
– 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Guided group meditation
– 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Breakfast
– 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Morning transformation session
– 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Morning movement

Check-in begins on the first Sunday of the training and check-out is on the second Saturday. The daily schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with optional evening activities. Students can arrive early or stay after the training based on availability.

From Ayurvedic consultations to organic raw food restaurants, Bali offers a variety of healing modalities. In the picturesque town of Ubud, surrounded by lush green hills and flowing rivers, you will find the perfect location for your training. Ubud is known as the spiritual and cultural center of Bali, with its beautiful architecture and holy temples. The town is also a culinary delight, with plenty of healthy food options. Ubud has a rich history of healing, attracting people from all over Indonesia. It has now become a wellness mecca, offering a wide range of services and experiences. The Pyramids of Chi Center and Cafe offer a unique and energizing experience, and the Ubud Monkey Forest is a spiritual and conservation center with a large population of monkeys. Sanur Beach, known for its beauty and laidback atmosphere, is the perfect place to enjoy the beach and indulge in the arts and culture of Bali. The distance from Ngurah Rai International Airport to Bali is 40 kilometers.
Food
The meal plan offers you the best of both worlds. You’ll get to enjoy healthy and delicious meals that are prepared specifically for your Yia family on site. Plus, it’s the perfect opportunity to indulge in the amazing culinary delights that Ubud has to offer. All the meals served on site are included in the cost of the training.
The menu features a wide range of flavors from around the world that will give your body a boost of energy, health, and vibrancy. Our specialized private chefs are able to accommodate dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and raw food options. The meals provided on the resort property are included, but during outings and on your days off, you’ll be responsible for your own food expenses.

Please note that the following meals are included in your package: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You’ll be well taken care of when it comes to satisfying your hunger throughout your training.
