About Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga combines body, energy, and mind into a seamless whole, allowing for a peaceful experience of stillness. Through long-held static stretches with relaxed muscles, we create space for awareness and release deep layers of tension in our connective tissue. The philosophy of Yin Yoga is deeply rooted in Daoism and the Meridians, providing us with wisdom and guidance on our healing journey. By stimulating different meridian energy streams, we activate our body’s own healing powers.
About Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique that helps us combat the stress of modern life. By practicing Yoga Nidra, we enter a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation, experiencing a sense of wholeness. This technique guides us through the different layers of our being, facilitating emotional and physical healing. It is a practice that supports the “rest and digest” parasympathetic state of the nervous system, reducing stress, anxiety, and PTSD symptoms. Just 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to several hours of deep sleep.
About Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing art that taps into the universal life force energy. It is a subtle and effective form of energy work that helps with physical, mental, and emotional healing. Reiki practitioners believe that when our energy is strong and free-flowing, our body and mind are in a positive state of health. Reiki sessions help remove energetic blockages, reduce tension and stress, and create an environment for healing on all levels. Reiki can be performed hands-on or hands-off, and it can even be done remotely.
Reiki Initiations and Courses
During the Reiki initiation ceremony, the student receives the ability to use Reiki and connect with the universal life force energy. This process clears blockages and initiates a period of transformation and self-growth. The Usui Reiki system consists of three levels, each building upon the previous one. Reiki Level I focuses on opening the energy channels on a physical level. Reiki Level II allows practitioners to practice Reiki on others and provides them with sacred symbols for deeper connection. Reiki Level III is the Master level, where practitioners gain the ability to teach and attune others to Reiki.

Retreat location
In Ubud, Bali, you’ll find a thriving art community. But that’s not all that makes Ubud special. The stunning central Balinese foothills are home to emerald green rice fields, and the village used to be a hub for medicinal resources. It’s no wonder that travelers and artists from all corners of the globe have been drawn to Ubud in recent years – the surroundings are incredibly beautiful and the way of life here is simply gracious. Some people have even made Ubud their permanent home. If you want to experience the magic of Ubud, just take a stroll south of the village through the terraced paddy fields and make your way to the monkey forest. You’ll be greeted by freshwater spouting out from the sheer rock at the ravine’s base. And if you’re looking for some purification, a bath in a secluded, shady spot is the perfect remedy.
