Stage de yoga et développement personnel à Bali
Juliette, 34 years old, life coach and Yoga Dance instructor, and Perrine, 38 years old, naturopath and Yoga Flow teacher, created the Wonder Nana Retreats. And for the first session, they’re taking you to Bali. They will teach you how to establish a healthy lifestyle, a daily routine, take control of your physical, mental, and emotional health, as well as strengthening your own relationship and developing your femininity. It’s the perfect opportunity to take some time for yourself, for your well-being, while harnessing the group energy to trigger changes in your life and implement concrete actions to improve your lifestyle.
Program
Juliette and Perrine’s goal is to help women unleash the Wonder Nana within each of them through natural techniques such as practicing yoga and meditation, maintaining a healthy and vibrant diet, as well as engaging in personal development exercises.
We value freedom, so feel free to participate or not in the courses and activities offered.
Here is the program for each day:
Day 1 – Sunday, April 14:
– 09:30 – 10:00: Miracle Morning: herbal tea to wake up the body, take time to define and set intentions for the day.
– 10:00 – 11:00: Meditation, positive affirmations, and body awakening.
– 11:00 – 12:00: Dynamic yoga flow.

– 14:00 – 17:00: Workshop on “Self-Relationship,” conference, and group discussions led by Perrine.

We offer two types of yoga:
– Yoga flow, taught by Juliette, which combines breathing exercises, mobility exercises to increase joint range of motion, active stretching to release tension, and gentle muscle strengthening. It is a dynamic and fun yoga style suitable for all levels.
– Kundalini yoga, taught by Perrine, which activates your vital energy. It strengthens your nervous system and balances your immune system through postures, breathing, and meditation. It is often practiced with closed eyes, allowing you to dive deep within yourself. This type of yoga is highly beneficial and accessible to beginners.
During the workshops and group discussions, we will cover important topics:
– Self-Relationship: Discover the concepts of free will, self-esteem, acceptance, and letting go. Emphasize the importance of self-definition, setting intentions, knowing your values, and limits. Work on self-assertion through effective communication.
– Emotions: Learn practical tools to manage stress, anger, and fear. Also, learn techniques to calm your nervous system and regain serenity. Discuss the importance of inner security, trust, the joy of being oneself, and positive thinking.
– Sacred Femininity: Delve into discussions about the menstrual cycle, contraception, sexuality, and the relationship with your body and the concept of pleasure and self-connection.
At the end of the retreat, you will receive an e-book in pdf format, which includes general information, the topics covered during the workshops, and the tools and methods used during the program. This will enable you to easily apply them once you return to France.
Retreat location
The internship will take place in Ubud, Bali.
Food
We include breakfast for you. For lunches and dinners, we offer the option to eat together every day at restaurants near the hotel that offer vegan, white sugar-free, and gluten-free options. However, if you prefer, you can also choose to eat alone.
What's included
You will have 10 nights of accommodation in a luxury hotel from April 13th to April 23rd, 2024. The hotel will provide breakfast for you. During your stay, there will be 22 one-hour yoga classes, 6 two-hour workshops for conferences and group discussions, as well as 8 half-hour Miracle Morning workshops.
What's not included
– You have the round trip flight.

– You have the brunch and dinner (it’s 20 EUR/day).
– You have the spa (it’s 5 EUR for a one-hour massage).
– You have the excursion (it’s 50 to 70 EUR for a day).
