Day 10 Explore the Ubud Center

– Join the shuttle to the Ubud Center at 11:00.
– Return to the resort at 16:00.

Day 11: Farewell touch

Retreat location
The retreat is happening at Ubud Nyuh Bali Resort and Spa. This beautiful resort is located in Lodtunduh Village, in the peaceful South of Ubud. Surrounded by lush greenery and tropical plants, it creates a peaceful and serene atmosphere. It’s just 7 kilometers away from Ubud Center, and they even provide a free shuttle service to take you there.
Food

The flavor of vegetables harvested using sustainable practices can’t be beaten. Bali’s natural resources allow us to provide a variety of herbs to enhance the taste of every dish we create. We are dedicated to cooking with love and without adding MSG, chemical colorants, or artificial sweeteners. We also cater to your specific dietary needs, whether you follow a vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or have any other allergies.

What's included
You will have a 90 minutes Reiki healing session. You will experience private sound calming stress therapy with a certified instructor, not once but twice. A certified instructor will also provide you with a private yoga session and yoga consultation. You can rely on a certified psychologist for private emotional support. Relax with a 60 minutes Balinese massage and indulge in a traditional coconut body scrub and wrap. Treat yourself to a luxurious 90 minutes Shirodara treatment and a deep tissue massage. Learn how to cook healthy Balinese cuisine in a cooking class. The retreat specialist will have a welcome meeting to introduce you to the program. You don’t have to worry about transportation because round-trip airport transfer is included. Delight in daily gourmet healthy cuisine for lunch or dinner, and enjoy a daily elixir. You will also receive a signature gift from Nyuh Bali and participate in Nyuh Bali’s signature sleeping ritual to enhance your sleep quality. Start each day with a delicious breakfast and enjoy afternoon tea. Take a morning walk to the rice field and practice morning yoga. You can use bicycles for free and have access to the home gym. Engage in authentic Balinese activities such as the Balinese gratitude ceremony, learning to make Balinese seasoning, and Balinese boreh class making. What's not included
You need to get a flight ticket, visa, and insurance. Also, don’t forget about covering your airfare and personal expenses. Remember, any personal trips or activities outside the program will be your responsibility.
