Join us for a week filled with rejuvenating activities like walking in the rice paddies, daily yoga classes, mindfulness sessions, and immersing yourself in the rich cultural delights of the island. Our retreat is designed to help you recharge and reconnect with yourself, while also finding inspiration in the stunning surroundings. We offer daily yoga classes throughout the week, allowing you to find balance, relaxation, and serenity. Embrace nature, savor healthy food, and let yourself be inspired by the beauty of Bali.
During this special retreat, you will have the opportunity to spend 6 nights in Ubud and 3 nights in East-Bali. It’s the perfect chance to soak in the unique beauty that each location has to offer. To ensure a personalized experience and the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals, our groups are limited to around 10 people.
English will be the primary language of instruction for this retreat. So, join us on this incredible journey and discover all that Bali has to offer!
Program
Hey, I’ve got a sample schedule for you. Just a heads up, none of the activities listed here are mandatory and they might change. If you want some alone time to just relax, feel free to do it whenever you want.
Schedule:
Day 1:
– You’ll arrive and unpack, take some time to unwind.
– We’ll have an introduction and welcome circle.
– Then, you’ll be treated to a welcome drink and a delicious dinner.
Day 2:
– If you feel like it, you can join a morning walk at 7 am (optional).
– At 8 am, there’s a morning yoga and meditation session.
– Breakfast will be served at 9:30 am.
– From 10:30 am to 4:30 pm, there’s a traditional Balinese purification ritual.
– You’ll have some me-time or free time to explore Ubud center or grab dinner from 5 pm to 8 pm.
Day 3:
– Another morning walk, but this time in a Balinese village and rice fields at 7 am.
– At 8 am, we’ll have a morning yoga and meditation session.
– Breakfast is at 9:30 am.
– You’ll enjoy a complimentary spa treatment at 11 am.
– Lunch will be served at 1 pm.
– At 2:30 pm, there’s a Balinese cooking class experience.
– From 5 pm onwards, you’ll have some me-time to explore Ubud, chill at the resort, or have dinner.
Day 4:
– We’ll start the day with a morning yoga and meditation session at 8 am.
– Breakfast is at 9:30 am.
– If you’re interested, you can visit and experience a yoga class at the yoga barn at 11 am (optional).
– Lunch will be served at 1 pm.
– After that, it’s me-time to explore Ubud, relax at the resort, or have dinner.
Day 5:
– At 8 am, there’s another session of morning yoga and meditation.
– Breakfast is at 9:30 am.
– At 11 am, you’ll have a traditional Indonesian chakra healing session.
– Lunch is served at 1 pm.
– From 2 pm onwards, you’ll have some me-time to explore Ubud, relax at the resort, or have dinner.
Day 6:
– For the adventurous souls, there’s an optional sunrise trekking to Mount Batur and volcanic natural hot spring at 4 am.
– Breakfast is at 9:30 am.
– At 12:30 pm, you’ll have some me-time.
– From 5 pm, there’s a sunset Yin yoga nidra session.
– Finally, at 7 pm, we’ll have a closing dinner.
Day 7:
– We’ll start the day with morning yoga and meditation at 8 am.
– Breakfast is at 9:30 am.
– At 11 am, you’ll check out and we’ll head to Nusa Lembogan.
– You’ll check in at a new hotel around 6:30 pm.
– The rest of the night is free time, followed by dinner.
Day 8:
– At 8 am, there’s a yoga session.
– After that, you’ll have breakfast.
– Then, we’ll go on an excursion.
– Dinner will be served from 7 pm to 8:30 pm.
Day 9:
– Another yoga session at 8 am.
– Breakfast is at 9 am.
– Another exciting excursion awaits.
– Dinner is served from 7 pm to 8:30 pm.
Day 10:
– Start the day with a yoga session at 8 am.
– Breakfast is at 9:30 am.
– It’s time to check out.
Remember, participating in the classes is completely up to you. Feel free to join whenever you want. If you want some alone time or just want to relax with a good book, that’s totally fine too. This journey is all about doing what feels right for you.
Included excursions
– Take a visit to one of the Nusa Islands with the boat and discover a heavenly paradise near Bali. Take some time to relax and experience moments of pure bliss in this paradise.
– Join an excursion to the holy water temple for a water purification ritual.
– Go on a guided walk through the beautiful rice paddies.
– Embark on a sound healing journey to rejuvenate your mind and body.
– Explore one of the local temples and soak in its cultural significance.
– Check out the local shops, stores, and enjoy a cliff bar with a breathtaking sunset view.
– (Optional) Start your day early with a 2-hour sunrise hike up Mount Batur.
Retreat location
There are three beautiful locations in Bali that make this yoga trip unique. You get to stay at luxurious hotels with stunning yoga shalas. These places are hidden gems, away from the bustling tourism spots. The yoga classes take place in multiple locations, giving you the chance to enjoy the breathtaking views of tropical gardens, rice fields, and the sea. It’s the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. Whether you’re an intermediate or advanced yogi, you’re welcome to join and challenge yourself to the next level. One of the amazing places you’ll stay at is the Mahagiri Resort Nusa Lembongan, a private beach with an incredible ocean view, far from the crowded tourist areas.
Food
We provide two meals a day, breakfast and lunch, to energize your body. The quality and types of food we offer have a direct impact on your physical and mental wellbeing. Our focus is on providing nutritious meals that nourish your body. Our package includes daily breakfast and lunch, and we take you to the best food spots in Ubud that cater to your soul. Whether you prefer raw, vegan, vegetarian, or Ayurvedic cafes, we’ve got you covered. If you have any specific food requests, we will do our best to accommodate them. Don’t forget to visit the legendary Sayuri’s healing food café. Your meals for the retreat will include breakfast and lunch each day.

All the accommodations offer daily spa treatments with an additional cost.
What's included
You’ll get to enjoy 2 meals a day, including breakfast and lunch. There’s also free Wi-Fi at the resort. Plus, you’ll have access to the pool whenever you want. We have daily group sessions of yoga and mindfulness to help you relax and unwind. You’ll also have a chakra healing session with the group. And as a special treat, we’re including one complimentary Balinese relaxing massage for an hour. You’ll get to experience the beautiful Nusa Islands with a day trip by boat, and we’ll take care of the tickets. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit the Holy Water Temple, again with the tickets covered. And to soothe your muscles, we’ll take you to a volcanic hot spring. All entrance tickets for excursions are on us. Your accommodation will be for 9 nights, and we’ll provide pick up and drop-off service to the airport in Denpasar on the day of your arrival and departure. Our groups are limited to 10 people to ensure the best experience for everyone. And don’t worry about transportation in Bali, we’ve got that covered too.
