If you’re dealing with persistent health challenges, we can energize and activate your body’s natural healing mechanisms. During your retreat, you’ll have the opportunity to uncover your body’s vibrant state of being through physical cleansing and natural nutrition. We’ll also provide you with simple tools to support nourishment, breathing, movement, and healing in your everyday life. We believe that creative expression is essential to human experience, so we’ll honor that aspect of yourself too. Through meditative practice and true presence, you’ll tap into your natural confidence, wisdom, and compassion. We’ll also explore the transformative power of ceremony, intention, and gratitude. Ultimately, we’ll realign with the deep intelligence of your own life force, the natural world, and universal consciousness.
Once you book, we’ll plan the specifics of your retreat during a Skype call. We’ll take into account your personal needs, interests, preferences, and our recommendations to create a unique program just for you. Each day, you’ll engage in a morning or afternoon session with Tasha that will involve yogic teachings, yogic practice, meditation instruction and practice, conscious breathing, making ceremony, Yoga Nidra, nature immersion, land-art, intuitive art, intuitive movement/free dance, natural health talks, herbal medicine guidance, vibrational medicine guidance, bioenergy treatment, bioenergy practices, and plant medicine and micro-dosing talk.
The other part of your day will be dedicated to self-study, leisure, and rest. You’ll be given practices to complete alone, allowing for valuable time in silence and solitude. This will foster awareness and intimacy with yourself, encouraging self-support and confidence to carry healthy attitudes and practices back home with you.
Your self-study practices may include guided journaling, contemplation, silent meditation, walking meditation, grounding in nature, sun bathing, yogic practices, gratitude practice, ceremony and intention, and karma yoga (selfless service).
To give you an idea of a typical schedule for a juice cleanse, you can expect to rise at 7:00 AM and have a cleansing drink. This will be followed by a yoga session at 7:30 AM. After that, you’ll have a juice and supplements at 9:30 AM. From 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, you’ll either have a morning session with Tasha or engage in self-study. The same pattern will continue in the afternoon from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. You’ll have juice and supplements at 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM. From 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, you’ll have therapies. At 6:30 PM, you’ll enjoy a nourishing broth, followed by meditation at 7:00 PM. You’ll have free time after that to relax or retire for the day.
Retreat location
The retreat venues in Bali offer an ideal location for a quiet stay on the island. They are positioned close to the main center of Ubud, yet far enough away to give you a truly peaceful and secluded experience. Ubud, with its scattered temples, sacred sites, and breathtaking natural waterfalls, is a destination that will nourish your spirit deeply.
Food
We source the fruit, vegetables, and herbs used in our delicious menu options locally and organically. Bali is rich in tropical fruits and organically grown vegetables, so you can enjoy the best of what the island has to offer. Our Whole Truth Retreat includes wheatgrass and microgreens, which are full of life force and phytonutrients for a powerful plant-based boost. We prefer using natural supplements and incorporate local roots, herbs, and greens into our juicing. We even make our own alkalizing apple cider vinegar tonic.
To complement the juice cleanse, we provide powerful natural detoxifying and nutritional supplements. We can also tailor an additional supplementation program to meet your specific needs. The quality, freshness, and life force of the produce we use make a big difference in the effectiveness of the cleansing and healing processes. By nourishing yourself with clean, light, and natural foods, you can experience a state of wellness that you may have never felt before.
Depending on the length of your stay, you may notice a reduction in inflammation, increased energy, natural weight loss, and improvements in minor and major health issues. We also offer probiotic and fermented foods to restore gut health, which can often be a factor in chronic illness or fatigue. Our meals and juices are prepared with skill, care, mindfulness, and love, under the guidance of a qualified nutritionist.
If you’re interested in learning about food preparation to continue healthy eating and cleansing practices at home, we can provide instruction. We also offer support for water fasting or dry fasting upon request.
During your retreat, you have several options that can be used together. Our juice cleanse is great for detox and treating chronic illness and inflammation. It includes three cold-pressed juices throughout the day, as well as tailored herbal, food, and vitamin supplements. After the cleanse, we gradually introduce raw food to facilitate a gentle transition.
If you choose the raw food option, you’ll enjoy meals that are high in life force and enzymes for better digestion and absorption. We use fresh fruits, vegetables, and activated seeds, nuts, and grains in our creations. We also offer special items like probiotic nut cheeses and dehydrated whole seed crackers for added variety. Our healthy desserts are made with natural unrefined sweeteners like dates and raw honey.
For those seeking a more balanced diet, our plant-based option supports your body’s acid/alkaline balance, digestive health, and hormonal balance. Our meals consist of light, cooked, whole foods with a raw food component. It’s a great choice if a juice cleanse isn’t suitable for you at this time.

You can book alternative therapies with Tasha or our team of gifted local practitioners.
