In a typical 200-hour yoga teacher training program in Bali, you will learn:
– Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series, Hatha, and Vinyasa flow asanas (yoga postures): You will learn proper alignment and modifications for various postures, as well as how to teach them to others safely and effectively.
– Pranayama (breathing techniques): You will learn different types of pranayama and how to incorporate them into your practice and teaching.

– 06:15 – 06:30: Shatkarma
– 06:30 – 07:00: Pranayama
– 07:00 – 08:30: Hatha or Vinyasa yoga flow
– 08:30 – 09:30: Breakfast
– 09:30 – 10:30: Yogic anatomy and physiology
– 10:30 – 11:30: Yoga philosophy
– 11:30 – 12:30: Body alignment
– 12:30 – 13:30: Lunch
– 16:00 – 17:30: Ashtanga primary series
– 18:00 – 19:00: Meditation
– 19:00 – 20:00: Dinner
Included excursions
At Mantra Yoga & Meditation, we bring more joy to your yoga training by offering you 3 local excursions added to your yoga program. You can enjoy these excursions on your weekends, exploring waterfall tours or taking in the breathtaking views of the volcano. We also provide trips to the Ubud market and offer a serene walk along the Campuham Ridge. And don’t forget to visit the Trita Empul Temple for a truly spiritual experience.

Food
Yoga helps you get fit, but you also need to eat good food. At Mantra Yoga & Meditation, we provide healthy and delicious meals to our students. We serve three meals a day, prepared in clean and sanitary conditions by our talented chefs. We even grow our own vegetables on-site. Our goal is to nourish our students properly so they can benefit from both yoga and nutritious food. Just remember, meals are not included on Sundays. The following meals are included: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
