Program
Welcome to Bali Yoga School’s 6-day yoga retreat program in our peaceful yoga home. During this retreat, our experienced and lovely therapists will provide you with 4 complementary full-body massages. You’ll absolutely love our on-campus spa, where a variety of massages await you to completely rejuvenate your mind and body. Whether you’re a vegetarian or not, our professional kitchen team will cook three daily nutritious and delicious vegan meals that will make you fall in love with our food. We also offer daily healthy tea time in addition to the meals. Take a step, leave behind your stressful lifestyle, and discover your true self with Bali Yoga School’s 6-day yoga retreat.
You’re guaranteed to have a peaceful and relaxing time on our campus, which features a big swimming pool in our garden. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi, Bali Yoga School is an oasis for everyone. Our yoga retreat center is located in the heart of Bali (Ubud), offering a serene environment with private rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, and an open garden area. Our yoga teachers deliver teachings in an authentic and personalized way, along with detoxing and de-stressing therapies, regardless of your age and experience level.
Our teachers at Bali Yoga School possess ancient knowledge and modern yoga teaching methods, offering classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels of yoga practitioners. Ubud provides a fantastic yoga experience, with numerous resorts, waterfalls, temples, shops, and more. We guarantee you a completely refreshing experience. – 07:00 – 08:30: Hatha/Vinyasa Flow yoga
– 08:30: Breakfast
– Until 12:30: Free time

– Ayurvedic massage treatment
– 16:00 – 17:30: Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
– 18:00 – 19:00: Meditation
– 19:00: Dinner
– 21:00: Lights off

Please note that all retreat classes are conducted alongside our 24-day yoga teacher training course to ensure that the classes are full of learning and fun. Retreats include only practical classes and not theory, so Bali Yoga School allows you to join the teacher training classes for the practices. Participants must check-in at 12 p.m on the first day of the retreat and check out at 12 p.m on the last day.
Retreat location
The campus is situated in Ubud, which is known as the heart of Bali. Surrounding the campus are palm trees and rice fields, creating a beautiful and serene environment right in the center of Ubud. It’s a perfect location, away from all the noise and hustle of the city. You’ll feel completely at home here, as it offers a peaceful atmosphere. Plus, it’s just a quick 10-minute walk to the Ubud market, cafes, temples, waterfalls, and even the beach is just a short drive away from the school.
Food
Food is important for our bodies and gives us energy to live. The quality and types of food affect how we feel physically and mentally. From a yogic point of view, food is more than just nutrition for our bodies. When practicing yoga, it’s important to make sure we are getting the right nutrients to supplement our bodies. We should also consider the energetic aspect of food when choosing our diet. Have you ever noticed how the food you eat affects your yoga practice? Ayurveda, which is related to yoga, teaches us about how different foods impact our overall well-being, including our physical, spiritual, and mental health. Ayurveda believes that “Sattva” represents purity and self-control, which leads to intelligence, virtue, awareness, and happiness. Sattvic foods promote purity of mind and body, nurture the mind, and make it clear, compassionate, and calm. A sattvic diet also helps sharpen our intellect. According to the Bhagavad-Gita, a sattvic diet is light and easy to digest, and it fosters positive thoughts and satisfaction. Following this diet can help us feel alert, refreshed, and peaceful. During our course, we follow Ayurvedic teachings and provide students with delicious vegan meals three times a day. Our kitchen team prepares the food with love and hygiene. The meals are buffet style and include a variety of vegetarian dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The price at Bali Yoga School includes 4 complementary full-body massages in our in-house spa. You can also find a variety of treatments available for an additional cost.
What's included
We do daily shatkarma, mantra chanting, pranayama, meditation, and asana practices. You can join our complementary Online Yoga Workshop. You’ll also receive 4 full-body massages during your 5-night stay in our shared accommodation. We provide 3 daily healthy vegan meals. All the necessary items for the classes are conveniently available in the yoga shala. Plus, we offer free internet access.
