Retreat location

At World Peace Yoga School, we offer all three meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner – except on Sundays. Our meals are prepared following Ayurvedic culinary concepts, which focus on using Sattvic foods in traditional Indian cuisines. These foods are known for their ability to support a healthy mind and body balance, promoting feelings of levity, clarity, and tranquility. The Sattvic diet includes fresh fruit, vegetables, cooked whole grains, milk, legumes, nuts, and seeds while excluding meat, fish, and eggs.
