Traditional Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Bali
Aayaa yoga aims to spread this practice to everyone. We’ve designed this short yet informative course for guests who want to learn this beautiful practice but don’t have the time for a full 200-hour program. They can split the 200 hours into three parts.

In this 8-day program, we focus on the traditional style of Hatha yoga. We’ll cover everything from the philosophy and anatomy of yoga to daily cleansing, pranayams, and meditation. Here’s a sample daily schedule to give you an idea of what to expect:
– From 6:30 to 7:00, we’ll start with some energizing Kriyas and pranayama exercises.
– Then, from 7:00 to 8:30, we’ll dive into our Hatha yoga practice.
– You’ll have a well-deserved breakfast break from 8:30 to 9:30.
– Our Philosophy and teaching methodology class will run from 10:00 to 11:20.
– After that, from 11:30 to 13:30, we’ll have an Asana clinic where we’ll focus on adjustments and putting what we’ve learned into practice.
– It’ll be time for lunch and some recreational activities from 13:30 to 15:30.
– Our Anatomy and physiology class will take place from 15:30 to 16:20.
– We’ll wrap up the day with another Hatha yoga practice from 16:30 to 18:00.
– From 18:30 to 19:30, we’ll wind down with meditation, Kirtan, Ayurveda, or group discussions.
– Dinner is served from 19:30 to 20:00.
– You’ll have some dedicated study time from 20:00 to 21:00.
