Completing the training makes you eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT®). Our AYMC 200-hour teacher training is a four-week course that immerses you in the teachings and practices of Tantra and yoga. It equips you with the tools to share these life-changing practices with others. We cover a wide range of topics, from philosophy and anatomy to mantra science and sequencing.

Philosophy of non-dual Shaiva Tantra: Explore the tantric view of the world through Kashmiri Shaiva Tantra. Learn about liberation methods, acts, malas, tattvas, and more. Discover what Tantra truly is through genuine texts like the Shiva Sutras, Spanda Karikas, and Vijnana Bhairava Tantra.
Anatomy and biomechanics: Understand the human body, how it works, and how to practice yoga safely. Apply modern evidence-based research alongside ancient understanding.
Subtle body, chakra system, Maha Bhutas, and Kundalini: Dive into the subtle body, energetic pathways, energy centers, and Kundalini. Learn how the Maha Bhutas impact the subtle body system.
Tools of transformation: Explore techniques like mudra, Kriya, bandha, and pranayama for transformation in your practice and teaching.

Schedule: The training runs from Monday to Saturday, starting at 7:30 a.m. with morning practice, followed by lectures and workshops. Afternoons are split into different sessions, covering anatomy, teaching methodology, practice teaching, and more. Weekdays end at 6:00 p.m., Saturdays end at 12:00 p.m., and Sundays are free.

Are the classes physically difficult?
The YTT is open to people of all fitness levels. Previous yoga experience is recommended, and any underlying medical conditions or injuries must be communicated beforehand.

Previous yoga experience is highly recommended. The YTT is a 4-week intensive immersion into yoga, requiring a proficiency in English.
Will you have time for work and personal connections during the YTT?
The classes run from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off. You are required to be fully present during the teaching period.
Will you have free time?
Students will have free time in the evenings and on Sundays.
Do you need to bring your own supplies?
AYMC provides yoga mats and notebooks. Bring your own water bottle, towel, and comfortable clothes. No laptops are needed.

AYMC is located right across the street from the plant-based Alchemy Restaurant in Penestanan, Ubud, Bali.
Food
At Alchemy Yoga Meditation Center (AYMC), we believe it’s crucial to live in harmony with nature by balancing our spiritual and social lives while taking care of our health through living and eating well. We actively work with nature using sustainable building materials and maintain a permaculture food forest, which provides organic food for the nearby Alchemy Restaurant. Our goal is not only to reduce our ecological footprint but also to positively impact the people and culture of this beautiful Island of the Gods by engaging with the local community.

We provide roundtrip flights for you. We also take care of your airport transport. Enjoy daily breakfast and dinner meals during your stay. We even cover Sunday meals. Don’t worry about your travel expenses, we got you covered. We also handle visa extensions for you.
