Hey there! If you’re looking to kickstart your yoga journey and career, this training in Bali is perfect for you. The syllabus is designed to cover all the important topics in both theory and practice. You’ll dive into essential aspects of yoga like asana practice, pranayama, meditation, basic anatomy, and yoga philosophy. It’s a comprehensive program that will give you a strong foundation in yoga principles.

The Bali food
Bali and India have a reputation for their delicious food. In Yoga and Ayurveda, they teach us how to keep our bodies balanced through what we eat. Different foods have different effects on our bodies. During this course, you’ll get to enjoy the most tasty and healthy meals.
Our Vegetarian meals
We’ll be serving nutritious vegetarian food throughout your course. You’ll have breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, except for Sunday lunch and dinner as it’s your free day. Our kitchen team is guided by the ashram and prepares food with a spiritual touch. We don’t use any meat, eggs, or alcohol in our kitchen, and we also encourage students to avoid them during the program.
