Yoga Teacher Training in Indonesia
This advanced training is a continuation of the 200-hour yoga teacher training offered by Living Yoga School. We are proud to be registered with Yoga Alliance USA as both RYS 200 and RYS 300. By completing both the 200-hour and 300-hour courses, you will earn a 500-hour certification. In the initial 200-hour course, we will delve into the Fundamental Sequence of Asanas. In the subsequent 300 hours, we will focus on the Intermediate Series.
Program
The Teacher Training Course at Living Yoga School takes your yoga practice to the next level. We are registered with Yoga Alliance USA as both RYS 200 and RYS 300, and our 500-hour certification is earned by combining the 200-hour and 300-hour courses.
In the 200-hour course, you’ll start with the Fundamental Sequence of Asanas and then move on to the Intermediate Series in the subsequent 300 hours. We ensure that individuals are physically prepared for the Intermediate Series to maximize the benefits without strain.
By completing our 500-hour yoga teacher training in Bali, Indonesia, you’ll gain the expertise to guide students of all levels in your yoga sessions. Our course enhances your knowledge and experience, boosting your confidence as a yoga instructor.
We also provide in-depth teachings on the anatomy and physiology of asanas, equipping you to incorporate this knowledge into your teaching sessions. Our 500-hour multi-style Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) spans two months, combining the 200-hour multi-style YTTC and the 300-hour multi-style YTTC. We provide a few days of relaxation between the 200-hour and 300-hour YTTC segments.
Our specially crafted multi-style yoga course in Bali covers various yoga styles, philosophy, meditation, and pranayama. The curriculum ensures a deep understanding of yoga philosophy, preparing you to become an RYT-500 and unlocking teaching opportunities globally.

You’ll learn a wide range of topics in our Teacher Training Course, including holistic yoga, modern and ancient yoga combination, lifestyle yoga, Hatha, Ashtanga, body alignment, asana adjustment, nutrition, yoga therapy, Ayurveda, the science of chakra and kundalini, Yoga Nidra, bandha, mudra, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, philosophy, contemplation, mantra, dance and Kirtan, inspiration movies, Satsang, mindfulness, silence, breath awareness, and more.
Our curriculum includes a comprehensive list of topics such as lifestyle yoga, mantra yoga healing, Hatha yoga, yoga theory, Ashtanga yoga, finishing postures, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, yoga kriya and cleansing, yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, yoga therapy and Ayurveda, mudra and bandha, teaching methodology, and evaluation and certification.
During the course, our daily schedule includes morning meditation, pranayama and meditation, Hatha yoga, breakfast, yoga anatomy, yoga alignment and adjustment/teaching methodology, lunch, self-study, yoga philosophy, Ashtanga yoga, and dinner.
Retreat location
Ubud, Bali is where this program will take place. It’s a town in the Ubud District of the Gianyar Regency of Bali, Indonesia.

Bali offers nutritious and high-quality food for different dietary preferences. Whether you like gluten-free, vegan, raw food, or vegetarian, Bali has various options that can help you maintain a healthy diet during your yoga training. You can enjoy the following meals, which are included:

What's included
You will receive a certificate of completion or be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance once you finish the course. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in outdoor yoga classes and go on weekend excursions. We’ll provide you with all the necessary yoga materials, and you’ll also get to engage in Kirtan sessions and experience Sacred Fire Ceremonies. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in Balinese cultural activities. Don’t worry about packing towels and bed sheets – we’ll provide those for you. Plus, after you book, you’ll have access to online pre-recorded preparatory course videos. And of course, you’ll get to enjoy a delicious daily breakfast during your stay, along with 43 nights of accommodation.
What's not included
You can book flights through us. We also arrange airport transfers. Students can enjoy various massages at a discounted price. We offer Ayurvedic Panchakarma treatment and healing sessions/training. Lunch and dinner are available at the school restaurants for an additional cost. Local ladies can assist with women’s herbal beauty and share-wearing, among other services.
