Food
Food is a crucial part of our lives and provides us with the energy we need to survive. What we eat can greatly affect our physical and mental well-being. This is especially true when it comes to practicing yoga. Yoga teaches us that food is not just about getting nutrients for our bodies, but also about nourishing our minds and spirits. Ayurveda, which is closely related to yoga, helps us understand how different foods impact our overall well-being. According to Ayurveda, “Sattva” refers to the purity of our thoughts, feelings, and actions. Sattvic foods promote purity in both our minds and bodies, keeping us clear-minded, compassionate, and calm. These foods also help sharpen our intellect and foster positive thoughts and satisfaction. Following a sattvic diet can help us stay alert, refreshed, and peaceful. At our yoga school, we follow the teachings of Ayurveda and provide our students with delicious vegan meals three times a day. Our experienced and caring kitchen team prepares the food hygienically and with love. The meals are buffet style, allowing our students to enjoy a variety of vegetarian dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We also provide drinks to keep our students hydrated throughout the day. So rest assured, all of your meals are taken care of during your time with us.
