Our Daily Schedule
- We start our day with an energizing Asana class that focuses on Hatha, pranayama, meditation, and kriyas from 6:30 to 8:30 in the morning.
- After our invigorating session, we head to the dining area for a delicious breakfast between 8:30 and 9:30.
- From 10:00 to 11:20, we dive into a thought-provoking philosophy and teaching methodology class.
- Next, from 11:30 to 13:30, we have an Asana clinic where we learn adjustments and put our practice into action!
- Afterwards, from 13:30 to 15:30, it’s time to relax and enjoy our lunch break.
- At 15:30, we gather for an engaging anatomy and physiology class that lasts until 16:20.
- Then, from 16:30 to 18:00, we participate in an invigorating Asana class focusing on Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles.
- In the evening, from 18:30 to 19:30, we unwind through meditation, kirtan, Ayurveda practices, and group discussions.
- At 19:30, we sit down for a satisfying dinner together.
- Lastly, from 20:00 to 21:00, we make time for studying and personal growth.

You will receive the following meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks.
