About the Training
At House Of Om, we offer a unique and transformative learning experience that connects your mind, body, and spirit. Our residential program is designed to deepen your understanding of yoga and take your yoga journey to the next level. Once you finish the course, you will receive a Yoga Alliance certificate that is recognized and accepted worldwide. Our curriculum focuses on Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga, with exposure to Yin, Nidra, and Kriya. You’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the ancient art of yoga with passionate teachers and like-minded individuals in a nurturing environment.
1. Asana Practice
- We will explore variations in standing and seated postures
- Experience deep spinal bends and rotations
- Learn inversions and balancing poses
- Get familiar with both English and Sanskrit names
2. Teaching Methodology
- Discover how to design and sequence a yoga class
- Learn adjustment techniques
- Practice assisting and using hands-on techniques
- Develop verbal cues to support your students
- Understand correct alignment and potential risks of yoga postures
- Get teaching practice opportunities with feedback
3. Yoga Anatomy
- Explore the structure of the body, including bones and muscles
- Learn how to use anatomy to enhance your yoga practice
- Understand the effects of yoga on the body’s systems
- Discover contraindications and adjustments for injuries
4. Pranayama
- Experience yogic breathing techniques
- Learn Nadi Shodana and Kapalbhati techniques
- Discover how to incorporate Pranayama into your classes

5. Meditation
- Meditation is a systematic practice that promotes physical, mental, and emotional tranquility, aiming for self-realization (Samadhi)

Every day at our YTT in Bali is an extraordinary experience. Our program is designed to provide a balanced combination of yoga practice, alignment, anatomy, teaching methodology, and philosophy. Our amazing teachers will guide and support you on your transformative journey to becoming a yogi who shares wisdom and love with others.
- 06:00 – 09:00: Morning Asana, Pranayama, Meditation Practice
- 09:00 – 10:15: Breakfast
- 10:15 – 13:00: Anatomy / Philosophy Theory
- 13:15 – 14:30: Lunch
- 14:30 – 15:00: Yoga Nidra
- 15:00 – 16:00: Teaching Practice / Methodology Workshop
- 16:00 – 17:00: Alignment Workshop
- 17:00 – 18:30: Evening Asana Flow / Mantra / Meditation Practice

Welcome to our YTT retreat! We have prepared a variety of delicious vegan and vegetarian meals just for you. Our breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets are specially curated to meet your dietary preferences and provide you with the nutrition and energy you need.
You can expect a wide range of options including fresh juices, salads, soups, appetizers, main courses, fruits, and healthy desserts. We also offer all-day detox drinks, tea, coffee, and infused water to keep you hydrated and refreshed.
If you have any special dietary requirements, such as being gluten-free, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you. We want to ensure that everyone can enjoy our meals without any concerns.
During your stay, you will be provided with the following meals:
