Program
During this retreat, you and your family will have the opportunity to enjoy yoga and surf sessions, as well as join a trip to Tanah Lot temple, have guided meditation sessions, learn to cook authentic Balinese meals, and experience relaxing Balinese massages.
Surfing in Bali is perfect for both beginners and advanced surfers due to the year-round waves and ideal weather. You don’t need a wet suit; just put on some sunscreen, a bikini or board shorts, and you’re ready to hit the water. Every morning, our guides will choose a surf spot based on your level and the wave conditions. We make sure to provide personalized attention by having each guide assist only two guests per session. With our knowledge of Bali’s surf spots, we’ll find the perfect wave for you. If you don’t have your own board, don’t worry. We’ll provide you with a suitable one for your skill level.

We especially love practicing Vinyasa Flow, a style that synchronizes movement and breath. You’ll feel your strength increase with each breath and pose as we smoothly combine different poses into sequences. Vinyasa yoga includes styles such as Ashtanga, Baptiste, Jivamukti, Power, and Prana Flow.

We serve daily delicious breakfast and homemade Indonesian lunches from Monday through Friday, and they are included in this retreat. You can also enjoy coffee, tea, and water from the water dispenser. The following meals are included: breakfast, lunch, and drinks.

During your stay in this retreat, you have the opportunity to book a variety of day trips, tours, and activities. In addition to enjoying surfing and relaxing at the pool, there are many other things you can do to enhance your time in Bali. You can choose the activities that interest you and have an amazing experience.
One option is to go cycling around Ubud to learn about the beautiful Bali culture. Your guide will take you to explore the charming villages surrounding Ubud. This full-day experience is priced at 45 EUR.
If you’re looking for inner peace and tranquility, consider booking a guided private meditation session. Through meditation, you can increase your concentration and quiet your mind, leading to a sense of inner peace and calmness. It’s a chance to escape the constant activity of your mind and find serenity.
For those who are feeling creative, why not take a jewelry making class? You’ll have the opportunity to make your own unique silver jewelry as a memento of your time in Bali. The class lasts for three hours and costs around 40 EUR.
