Product Description
Yoga Teacher Training in Indonesia
Yin yoga balances the strong and heated yang practices such as Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, or Vinyasa flow by embracing stillness, steadiness, and calmness. It harnesses the soothing energy of the moon, promoting coolness and tranquility within the body and mind. This passive and meditative yoga style involves holding poses for one to ten minutes, allowing for deep access to the yin tissues like joints and fascia.
