Affordable Detox Retreat in Thailand

The Yoga retreat Koh Phangan team wants to help you feel refreshed and renewed in body, mind, and soul. That’s why we offer special detox programs that are tailored to your needs and can be any length you desire.

When you come for a detox stay, we ask that you arrive one day before your program begins. On this day, we’ll provide you with food that will prepare your body for the upcoming detox days. It’s important to give your body the best start possible.

After completing the detox program, we’ll provide you with one more day to gradually reintroduce regular healthy food back into your diet. This build-up day ensures that your body adjusts smoothly.

If you’re interested, we also offer optional massages that support your body in eliminating toxins and realigning itself. These massages can greatly assist your body and mind in releasing and clearing out any lingering toxins.

At the Yoga retreat Koh Phangan, we’re dedicated to giving you a comprehensive detox experience that leaves you feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the world.

Program

Here’s a sample program you can try out:

– You can choose to do yoga once a day, either in the morning or afternoon.
– Start your day with a dose of spirulina and vitamin C.
– Have three detox shakes throughout the day, along with kombucha, coconut water, and as much drinking water as you want.
– Enjoy a soothing soup broth in the evening.
– Finish off your day with an enema, herbal steam, and a refreshing ice bath.

Retreat location

The island of Koh Phangan in Thailand offers white-sand beaches and crystal waters, making it an ideal destination for a yoga holiday or wellness journey that nourishes the mind, body, and spirit. You can easily walk to the nearby beaches from your accommodation, which is surrounded by nature, including waterfalls, a river, and mountains.

Food

For 7 days, our detox package hooks you up with 3 detox shakes a day, along with an array of goodies like spirulina, kombucha, vitamin C, soup broth, coconut water, and as much drinking water as your heart desires.

What's included

We offer a 7-day detox fasting program that includes all detox liquids and pre- and post-detox food drinks. Your stay also includes 10 nights of accommodation, access to our herbal steam, and our relaxing spa pool.

What's not included

We arrange transfers to and from the retreat.
