High Standard Hybrid Yoga Course in Thailand
Come join us at Moksha for a part of yoga teacher training without the hassle of exams or practicums. This training is perfect if you want to embark on a transformative journey of yoga and self-discovery, but don’t necessarily want to become a yoga teacher. The program combines 40 hours of online learning with a 14-day immersion on the stunning island of Koh Phangan. Immerse yourself in your yoga practice, rejuvenate in our ice bath and sauna, indulge in delicious food, and connect with like-minded individuals in the yoga community on the island. We also have exciting additional events and excursions like ecstatic dance, waterfall hikes, and of course, beautiful beaches. It’s best to complete the online training before attending in-person.
Program
Pre-application requirements
Before starting the training, it is recommended that you have at least six months of regular yoga practice.
Certification
Once you complete the training, you will receive a 160-hour certificate from Moksha Passionate Yoga Education.
How the training works
The training consists of both online and in-person components. You should complete the online program before the start of the in-person training. The online program is self-paced and pre-recorded, with 40 hours of content. The in-person training will take place in Koh Phangan and lasts for 14 days. Once you complete both parts, you will receive the certificate. During the training, you will learn various yoga styles and how to adapt poses and sequences for different students. There will also be optional evening events for you to participate in.
Daily schedule for in-person training
- 07:00 – 08:00: Start your day with meditation, pranayama, and asanas
After a peaceful meditation session, engage in breathing exercises and yoga postures to awaken your body and mind.
- 09:30 – 10:30: Enjoy a breakfast break
Take a break after your morning practice and have a nourishing breakfast.
- 10:30 – 13:30: Dive deeper into theory
During this time, explore various aspects of yoga such as anatomy, philosophy, and asana clinics.
- 13:30 – 15:30: Take a lunch break
Enjoy a delicious and healthy lunch, relax, and connect with your fellow trainees.
- 15:30 – 18:30: Participate in the afternoon session
Explore different asanas through workshops and practices, including Yin and Restorative yoga. Refine your teaching skills and deepen your practice.
- 18:30: Have dinner and enjoy free evenings
After dinner, have free time to explore, relax, or socialize with your fellow trainees.
Course information
This program allows you to explore yoga from various perspectives through online prompts, mentoring, and written work. You will deepen your practice with experienced faculty on-site. The program covers yoga philosophy, anatomy, asana, pranayama, meditation, and more. It is designed for those who want to deepen their practice without the pressure of becoming a teacher. After completing the program, you will receive a 160-hour certificate and emerge as a more confident practitioner. The course offers a combination of online and residential components to cater to your personal requirements. It is suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners. The course covers history, philosophy, ethics, anatomy and physiology, and the business side of yoga, along with ample practice. It aims to help you create a healthier lifestyle, reduce pain and stress, improve focus, deepen relaxation, and prevent injuries. Completing the online program before arrival will give you more flexibility and save time, energy, and money. You will also have the opportunity to experience the beauty of Koh Pha Ngan and Thailand.

We can also take a scenic hike to Bottle Beach, one of the most beautiful and secluded beaches on the island. It’s the perfect place to swim, relax, and soak up the sun.
How about trying beach yoga? You’ll get to practice yoga in a breathtaking setting and enjoy excursions to the beach. It’s a great chance to deepen your practice while immersing yourself in the beauty of the ocean.
Retreat location
Come and experience the serene, nature-focused retreat center in Koh Phangan, Thailand. You can learn, play, and rest in this hidden gem, with easy access to the entire island. Food
You will have two vegetarian meals served to you every day during this training. The meals included are brunch, dinner, and drinks.

What's included
You can watch 40 hours of pre-recorded videos on Teachable at your own pace before attending the in-person training. The residential yoga course lasts for 14 days. You will receive a certification of completion. Accommodation for the in-person training includes 13 nights. During the training, you will be provided with 2 vegetarian meals a day.
