Program
Start your day with a morning transcendental mantra meditation. It’s a powerful practice that purifies your mind and brings positive change into your life. This ancient Tantric practice predates all religions and uses the repetition of mantras to access higher states of consciousness. During the meditation, you’ll also learn proper posture and have the opportunity to try the revolutionary Nirvani meditation seat.
After your meditation session, join us for a morning gentle yoga class suitable for all levels. This practice helps re-connect with your body and your nervous system, improving energy flow in vital organs and reducing stress and anxiety. With a blend of Pranayama, Yin yoga, and traditional Hatha yoga, you’ll also experience improved joint mobility and flexibility. It’s a wonderful way to enhance your emotional and mental well-being and complement your meditation practice.
Join our signature workshop on de-armouring the muscles. Using myofunctional physical therapy, neurovascular release techniques, conscious breathing, face acupressure, and postural chain re-balancing exercises, this workshop provides profound emotional relief, deep relaxation, and a natural boost of energy. Participants also reported surprising anti-aging effects, relief from chronic migraines, vertigo, and other imbalances.
Experience the power of rebirthing breathwork. By circulating your breath in a guided way, you activate your body’s natural healing system. This technique works on the physical, emotional, and energy layers of your being, helping you rewire mental patterns, release stuck emotions, and unlock your full potential. Embark on a transpersonal experience with our Leela session. Leela, meaning divine play, delves into the mechanisms of the life-game, karmic principles, cycles of rebirth, and a way to break free from false identifications and attachments. Gain insights, experience revelations, and leave feeling liberated, connected, clear, and elevated. It’s an adventure for true self-explorers.
Try out TRE, trauma release exercises. These simple exercises help release deep muscular memory of stress, tension, and trauma. By activating your body’s natural tremor mechanism, you allow the release of stored tension. Learn this technique for self-care and continuously support your personal health, well-being, and wholeness.

During your free time, you can relax on the quiet beach, explore the tropical island of Koh-Phangan, immerse yourself in the local culture, or book a private session for a personalized healing experience such as quantum healing, abdominal massage, past-life regression, face massage, or rebirthing breathwork (additional charges apply).

Retreat location
Shakti yoga cooperates with the retreat hall and the accommodation resort in Srithanu village on Koh Phangan island. This village is known for being a yoga and spiritual hub. You’ll find a range of beautiful sunset spots, vegetarian/vegan restaurants, fresh fruit shake kiosks, and community gathering places, including the famous Zen sunset beach. All the retreat activities happen at the atmospheric jungle Shakti Yoga Hall, which is right next to a picturesque Buddhist temple. The retreat hall is just an eight-minute walk from the beach resort.
Things to do (optional)
We have some additional treatments you can try, but they do come with an extra cost. These include a quantum healing massage, a past life regression session, a private consultation for face yoga, and a traditional Thai massage.
What's included
You’ll get to enjoy 7 nights in a private bungalow. Our retreat program, called jungle shala, offers 3 sessions per day. We start each morning with mantra meditation followed by 90-minute gentle yoga classes suitable for all levels. In the afternoons, you’ll participate in guided sessions focused on self-healing, helping you release trapped emotions and find freedom, joy, and fulfillment. In the evenings, we have exciting activities and local experiences lined up for you to enjoy.
What's not included
You can get around using different modes of transportation like air tickets, ferry boats, taxis, and motorbike or bicycle rentals. There are plenty of options for meals and drinks here, with a wide range of Thai and Western restaurants, coffee places, local fruit stalls, and shops selling organic products.
