Come and explore Bali’s charms with activities like walking in the rice paddies, daily yoga, mindfulness, cultural delights, and visiting serene waterfalls. These activities give you a chance to recharge, reconnect, and become inspired.
On this amazing retreat, you will enjoy daily yoga classes, creating a beautiful week of balance, rest, nature, healthy food, and inspiration. The retreat includes 3 nights in Ubud, where you can immerse yourself in the beauty of Bali.
Join small groups of around 10 people to ensure the best experience and meet other like-minded individuals. The retreat will be conducted in English so everyone can fully participate.
Program
We start our days in the early morning with a peaceful yoga session to remove blockages, improve energy pathways, and strengthen and flex your body. Our yoga classes are open to all levels, from beginners to advanced. Here’s a sample schedule for your stay, but feel free to take some me time if you need it.
– Day 1: Arrival, unpack, welcome circle, and dinner
– Day 2: Morning yoga, breakfast, Charka Healing, lunch, free time
– Day 3: Breakfast, water purification, lunch, sunset yoga
– Day 4: Morning yoga, breakfast, optional yoga class at the yoga barn, cooking class, free time
– Day 5: Morning yoga, breakfast, check out.
Included excursions
Immerse yourself in authentic Balinese spiritual traditions by visiting the holy water temple for purification, going on a sound healing journey through the rice paddies, exploring the cultural center in Ubud, and taking a Balinese cooking class.

Food
Food plays a crucial role in keeping our bodies energized and healthy. During your stay, we will provide you with three meals a day – breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The quality and variety of food we offer will directly impact your physical and mental well-being, providing essential nutrition for your body.
Your package includes daily breakfast and lunch, but we also want to cater to your soul’s needs. We will take you to the best spots in Ubud offering raw, vegan, vegetarian, and Ayurvedic options. If you have any specific food preferences or requests, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them whenever possible.
