Indonesia Yoga Teacher Training
If you want to become a certified yoga teacher or just enhance your practice, you should definitely consider the 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali.
Program
This program aims to give you a strong foundation in yoga by covering topics like asana, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, and philosophy. Led by experienced yoga teachers, the 200-hour yoga training in Bali includes daily classes, workshops, and excursions to explore the beautiful island. You’ll learn various styles like Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin, and develop teaching skills through practice. The program follows a tight schedule with almost every hour dedicated to yoga. While it may be intense, it’s also enlightening. Arrive at least a day before the course starts for the orientation at 10:30 a.m. On the last day, a graduation ceremony wraps up by 11:30 a.m., so plan your departure accordingly. Starting as early as 5:30 a.m., the mornings include meditation, yoga, philosophy, and anatomy classes. Meals, fruit, and green tea are provided, along with daily homework to deepen your knowledge. It’s encouraged to sleep early as part of the yogic practice. All students are welcome, regardless of their yoga background. In case of emergency, you can skip a class with prior notice.
If you need to leave early, arrangements can be made for you to complete the course requirements on time. For longer absences, you may need to finish the course online to receive the certificate. Join Bali Yoga Retreats for a holistic understanding of yoga with traditional and modern practices. Their knowledgeable gurus will guide you towards your goals and deepen your practice. The syllabus includes mantra chanting, yoga styles, meditation, cleansing, philosophy, anatomy, and more. The daily schedule starts with a 5 a.m. wake-up call and ends with lights out at 10 p.m. Please be aware that the schedule is subject to change.
Included excursions
You have excursion tours arranged for your free day on Sunday as part of the full program, and they are all included in your course fees.
Retreat location
The resort in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia, will host the training. It is situated eight kilometers north of the bustling center of Ubud, surrounded by lush green rainforest in a peaceful area. The rainforest and rice paddies, along with Hindu temples and shrines, are famous landscapes in Bali. The serene landscape will help balance your mind and body.
Getting around from the resort is convenient, allowing you to explore attractions like the renowned Goa Gajah, or the elephant temple, for the day. Ubud is recognized as the cultural hub of Bali, with the highest number of art galleries on the island. The town is also known for its skilled metalsmiths and jewelers. Don’t miss a visit to the Monkey Forest or a traditional Balinese dance performance while in Ubud.
