This 200-hour teacher training program immerses you in a comprehensive approach to yoga for 24 nights in a tropical paradise. You’ll enjoy five-star service and eco-conscious design while improving your skills in your chosen yoga style. The course covers Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, yoga therapy, alignment, and yoga psychology to give you a strong foundation in yoga practice.

200-Hour Multistyle Yoga Teacher Training
Join this 200-hour multi-style yoga teacher training where you’ll experience daily kirtan, or mantra chanting, a fundamental yoga practice. We’ll also have a musician twice a week to enhance your learning experience. This course is designed to give you a full understanding of yogic concepts, practices, and philosophy, with a focus on Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga yoga. You’ll also explore Yin, Nidra, and Kriya practices in a beautiful setting on the island of Bali. Our team of experienced instructors will help you deepen your mindfulness and guide you through both Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga.
Eligibility
- If you’re new to yoga, you don’t need any specific background, just come with an eagerness to learn
- If you’ve been practicing yoga but lack knowledge of anatomy, foundational asanas, and yoga philosophy
- If you’re not looking to become a yoga teacher but want to deepen your own practice and knowledge

Amenities on arrival
Upon arrival, you’ll receive welcome drinks and have access to fruits at the reception. If you arrive during meal times, feel free to dine in the hall. If you need assistance with transport, let us know and we can arrange for a pick-up.
Preparations
The 200-hour yoga teacher training course covers basics, so you don’t need to prepare much. However, we recommend reading a few books to help you grasp the teachings easily.

Daily Schedule
Our daily schedule is designed to cover various aspects of yoga practice from early morning meditation to evening lectures and self-practice sessions. Enjoy nutritious meals, yoga practice, and self-study time during the day.
Free Day
Make use of Sundays as a free day with excursions included in the program for a change of pace. Enjoy your meals outside and explore the beauty of Bali.
Included excursions
On Saturday, students have a half day and can relax, practice self-care, or get a massage after lunch. Sunday is a free day with excursions included in the program. The course fees cover all of the activities. Students will need to pay for any additional charges for the excursions, such as entrance tickets or special temple attire. The school will only cover the taxi charges.

Bali and India are known for their amazing food. In our program, we will teach you how to balance your body through your diet according to Yoga and Ayurveda principles. Our meals are designed to influence different systems and elements of your body, ensuring both taste and health. Our kitchen team, guided by the ashram, cooks with spiritual intentions and avoids using meat, eggs, or alcohol. We also encourage our students to follow the same guidelines during the program.
