Gain the tools you need to elevate your practice or begin your journey as a teacher and mentor.
Program
Throughout the six-week training, you will deepen your understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, the yogic lifestyle, and more. Their hands-on approach will provide you with deep insights into yoga through direct experience.
What sets this training apart?
“True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed, yoga is to be lived. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied.“ – Aadil Palkhivala. Just studying the theory of yoga is not enough. To truly grasp yoga, you must experience it. This training is very hands-on, with a focus on practical learning, allowing for exploration, embodiment, and integration of yogic wisdom. Unlike other programs that only scratch the surface, this 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training takes you on a deep dive.
Feel free to explore the island during your downtime, but staying on campus is recommended to fully experience the benefits of continuous practice. Taking this time to “retreat” from the outside world can help you deepen your awareness, focus, and discipline, and begin to find true happiness within.
