Join us for a 7-day yoga retreat where we focus on optimizing your Chakras with the support of the sacred powers of Cacao. This immersion is designed to help you have profound insights, open your heart, and elevate your consciousness.

Every day, we will dive deep into one of your 7 Chakras (energy centers) to illuminate the interconnectedness of your physical and energetic self. You will use yoga, Cacao, and various energy tools to elevate your entire being. By asking powerful questions about different areas of your life, you will access important realizations and breakthroughs.

Cacao magic

Experience the magic of Ceremonial Cacao and awaken your inner wisdom. Cacao, a true heart-opener, has been used for thousands of years for ceremonial and medicinal purposes. We combine our sacred sessions with your individual intentions, allowing the spirit of Cacao to serve as a gentle but powerful guide to unlocking your divine callings and deeper truths. In addition to yoga, cacao ceremonies, breathwork, dance, sound activation, and meditations, we also offer a variety of tools to enhance your well-being and growth. These include fascinating talks and workshops, visualizations and intention setting, a beach adventure to Wai Nam (a magical bay with quartz frequency), an Equinox fire ceremony, a Full Moon ceremony, community sharing circles, journaling and self-reflection, and plenty of time for relaxation, beach time, swimming, treatments, and deep conversations.

Retreat location

The Sanctuary, a retreat group hosting expert for 20 years, really knows how to make each guest’s experience extra special with their incredibly friendly staff! Sustainability is a big focus for them, as they generate their own power and provide unlimited filtering. They also have these amazing Tien trees along the beach line, which are hundreds of years old and have healing properties. It’s said that these trees connect the land and sea, offering protection, luck, and growth.

And guess what? In our private yoga shala, you’ll find everything you need, from mats and props to fans, mosquito screens, a toilet, and drinking water. Can you ask for anything more? The peacefulness and beauty of this place will truly leave you feeling refreshed and transformed. So, just come with an open heart and mind, and witness the magic for yourself!

At The Sanctuary’s fabulous restaurant, we’ll serve you mouthwatering, healthy plant-based meals. Whether it’s brunch or dinner, you can expect delicious and nutritious food that’ll satisfy your taste buds. In the morning, we’ll kickstart your day with light snacks, such as fruits or cut vegetables. And if you’re a fan, we even offer optional Ceremonial Cacao. Don’t worry about staying hydrated either – we’ve got filtered drinking water available anytime. It would be awesome if you could bring your refillable water bottle along! Plus, your package includes a variety of meals like brunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks.

In The Sanctuary’s wellness facilities, you have the convenience of booking treatments like massages. You’ll need to pay for the costs in cash, specifically in Thai Baht.

You will have 6 nights of accommodation at The Sanctuary, which is located on a beautiful tropical beach. Enjoy 2 healthy and delicious meals each day, with vegan and gluten-free options available.
